Mark's Pizzeria, Greece NY

I never normally have any issue when I get wings from Marks, I always order well done and they understand the assignment. However last night I ordered a med pizza and wings “extra well” when I received them the skin was soft. They sent another box of wings to make up for the first batch but those were soft as well. For the first time ever I was disappointed completely.

Their price is pretty high but their pizza isn’t really that bad, and their wings are pretty good

Not sure what is all over this box.not attractive.the delivery person didn't say a word.normally very good but this is nasty

At least the Pizza appears untouched.

My sister had got her daughter baptized today, we hung out in this location. For a few hours and felt welcomes the entire time. Very helpful and great food! Dinning room is easy and nice. I recommend this place for any small gathering. Thanks to the manager and the staff for helping with my gluten free pizza, I got the broccoli crust, it was good! Manager was awesome

Pizza is okay, but the sanitation is not. All of the employees have long hair, no hair nets and not even tied back. They literally have it swinging over the pizza as they are making it. On top of that, my husband got a hunk of hard plastic or dried glue in our pizza tonight

I am always extremely pleased with the service I receive and the pizza is always the way I order it. Very good!

I received a VEGGIE pizza Monday it was the most awful pizza I received it happen I said so I thought I try again well the pizza it self was FANTASTIC VEGGIE. So I called to CONGRATULATE how FANTASTIC the pizza was to JOHN the MANAGER he was very short w/ me on the phone & sounded vey DISGUSTED w/ me because I called. I have never, never had any TROUBLE before w/ MARKS PIZZA ON LONG POND RD. I was very DISAPPOINTED the way I was TREATED by a MANAGER he should have know BETTER to treat CUSTOMER'S SO DISRESPECTFUL. I will tell you this I will NEVER, EVER, NEVER EVER order from MARKS PIZZA AGAIN.

They are very fast and friendly. The food quality is excellent. There is a spacious dining area and the restaurant is very clean and well lit.

Good pizza definitely fresh out the oven is the best. 7$ slice and soda not bad but leaves a lil to b desired.

I don’t usually eat pizza from marks, but the other day I ordered from them and the pizza was as amazing but the real treat was the man that delivered it was so nice and he alone made my day. The kid had a really weird name though. I think it was camden. Anyways, he’s a stellar employee and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone

The employees are very professional and make you feel welcome. The food as always was delicious if you havent already you need to try Marks bbq sauce this sauce is so delicious.

54$ for 2 medium pizzas that didn’t show up for an hour and 20 minutes on a Tuesday lol. They were cold and the cheese had hardened on them. Never again Marks… silly me for being lazy. Normally I pick up from Carbones… well let me tell you. That’s all I’ll do from now on. Cheers

Ordered two cheese pizzas tonight and this is what we received. I know speed is important in this industry but I'd actually wait longer for a quality product that shows that time and care went into it. Please be better.

Super helpful staff with great customer service. So happy we live so close to this location it's always so clean and the food quality is consistent and delicious.

Its my first time n it was cold n hardly any cheese i swear the center had cheese n the outer corners wher wit no cheese i order a large pan i was dissatisfied

I had a decent slice of pizza but the staff was very rude almost like street people like they've never had a job before. Their motto is "we treat you like family" but I'll have to disagree. They treat you like they're doing you a favor by taking your money.

My pizza was dark almost burnt. Called to let them know. He told me that's how they cook it. I order pizza twice a week there. Really! So i guess i have to find somewhere else to go. Its sad because i like there pizza. Dont like mt.read location. Customer service sucks

A male employee was swearing at another employee upon answering the phone. The male employee asked me if I can hold. I said yes. While putting me on hold, I heard that male employee continue on with his swearing at the other employee. After holding for a few minutes, the guy took my order but was extremely annoyed (with something) during taking my order. The customer service is not good at the Greece (Mt. Read) location. Food wasn't that good either.

Ordered a steak sub and got home to find it was burnt to a crisp. Black on top and bottom, called back to have them make me another and I was willing to go back out and pick it up. 2nd one was also burnt! Never offered a store credit as most credible businesses would do. Terrible service, they won't see another dollar from me.
