Mark's Pizzeria, Medina NY

I'm not entirely sure why but they keep consistently messing up orders. Every single time. Not even once has an order been accurate or full. They forget drinks if you order them, or they give you the wrong drink like ordering a 2L and they give you a 20oz. I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, and didn't have BBQ on it at all. The Burger with chips and pickle, no pickle at all. Last time I ordered the delivery guy never sent the refund for forgetting the 2L.
This place is an absolute joke if you order delivery. You HAVE to get dine-in or take-out so you can make sure your order is correct before you leave the door.
I'd understand maybe once in a while something gets messed up, but messing up EVERY single order is absurd. Especially for their prices. A few other places around town have cheaper prices for food and drinks so there's no excuse why orders keep getting messed up. You apparently pay extra here for less.

At least the food is edible.

Order a giant pan pizza and received a regular pan and they won't fix it. They said that's what was put in the computer so for someone else's mistake they said they would have to charge me again even though i paid for a giant pan pizza.

Wrong wings received. Offered replacement (over an hour) or credit for next time purchase.went to place order with credit, offered 20%.

I just wanted a pizza for dinner so I called in my order and drove to pick it up. It was ready and still warm. I also used a coupon so the price was right. Thanks.

My girlfriend ordered us a sheet pizza on her way home from work Friday very disappointed asked for sweet Sauce They put regular burnt the crust taste terrible total waste of money.

Mark's Pizzeria's Medina location is a very comfortable and inviting casual dining experience.

Food was good, but I ordered online. There wasn't a size option to pick for the pizza and I ordered a specific specialty chicken pizza and we got it with no chicken.

Very good pizza and I love their pasta. Wish I lived closer now. Used to order all the time when I was in Medina.

Whenever we visit Medina we make sure to stop in and grab a slice, usually to go or we sit at the tables outside. Today however, we decided to dine in and for the second time we were hosted by Isaiah. He was very kind and checked in on us often. He made sure we were taken care of and made sure we always had enough to drink.

The pizza itself is very delicious. It's on the thinner side which makes it crispier and way better than most places. The sauce is very good and not overly thick and its not so cheesy that the other flavors get overwhelmed. The wings were very saucy and well cooked.

The restaurant was extremely clean and it had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely keep coming back and i recommend everyone visit there.

My kids love Mark's but I am honestly really disappointed by what just happened. So I put in a online order not realizing that it was close to closing time. Someone called & informed me that they weren't delivering to middleport so I offered to pick it up but she said that they were closing soon. I said no problem, and it's understandable since they were close to closing. When asked if they charged my cc they told me it will take 5-7 bus. Days to be refunded and that's ridiculous. I get it taking a few days but I put in a large order and prices have went up for us all. What used to be a fifty dollar order is now 100 for a pizza night. Thank goodness we aren't in a tight budget otherwise it would have been a big inconvenience. Please look into this

Ordered a large char pepperoni pizza from the website, first the website was wrong showing double pepperoni and double cheese, after I wrote in, they changed the site, even drove to the store and the person working there 8 years could not answer if I ordered if it was extra pepperoni and extra cheese. When I finally ordered, large char pepperoni pizza, extra sauce, cooked light, square cut, they still screwed it up, no extra sauce, more like little sauce, pie cut, I wrote in both times, not even an apology call.

Delicious food, and the remodeled dining room and sports bar atmosphere are amazing. They also offer gluten free pizza and gluten free hard cider.

My favorite pizza in town, with the addition to the bar and big screen TVs, can't go wrong with this local family business.

Dining in? Great Tap list, chill atmosphere right in the Village with plenty of available parking.

Feeling like Take Out or Delivery? Their online ordering is easy and has a fantastic reward point system - I've gotten a free calzone from it!

We have never had an order come out incorrectly and delivery is always within the quoted time frame. Definitely recommend Mark's in Medina.

I love love love Mark's sub rolls they're on time, they honor their specials and treat me and everyone I live with respectfully. The only reason they only got 4*s is bc I ordered a salami sub one time and got that weird spicy Italian meat with orange stuff on it. I still dek what that was lol I was able to salvage the sub and was perfectly content with the roll, veggies and cheese
