Marsha P. Johnson State Park reviews
13 Just a great park, along the East River. Surprisingly long and spacious, there's grassy areas, picnic tables a short strip of sandy beach. For kids a super cute wooden playground and a dog park!
Really just a solid park in the heart of Williamsburg to chill, play or relax and enjoy
Nice ambience. Culinary vendors galore with outside the box selections. Only downside if any can only bring your dog in certain areas of the park
It was better 5 years ago b 4 the renovations.it looked 19 th century for a while with the cobblestones walk paths and the ware house / brewery parallel. 2.it had semi Gothic look.lots of grass.on the ground and post modern boardwalk also they would show cinema Outdoors but the man wasn't happy with that he wasn't getting paid enough permit this permit that permit here permit there always a drag 4 pass 20 years
Nice park especially if you try out the smorgasbord carts the vending trucks food trucks very good food check it out
Beautiful park to go lay down and have a picnic with a special someone or just by yourself. It has a gorgeous view of Manhattan.
Nice réclamation of land. I remember the vacant, over grown waterfront land of the 90's. Way to go NYC.
This is where the Smorgasbord holds their food market, crowded but fun place on the weekend especially during the summer season. Not a huge park it got everything. There is the food market, and little park with swings, wooden chu chu train and bridge next to it, then there is also a public soccer field next to the little park.
In conclusion, it is a fun little park for people who wants to socialize but definitely not for relaxing or alone time.
This park is the perfect location to have a nice Saturday brunch overlooking the NY skyline after picking up different food from all across the world at Smorgasburg. ICYMI Smorgasburg is a seasonal Saturday outdoor food market right next to/ in this park. The park is very clean, close to the Bedford T station.
Nice view and not that many people, it’s not 5 stars because of the cleanliness around the park
This is a park under construction with no access. But it will be super when completed end of 2022
Gorgeous park with a stunning view of Manhattan, recently renovated to refurbish a grassy walk up to the east river where there are views of the bridges.
Pretty nice park in the center if hipster land. If you haven't been here in 15 year you will be so surprised at how built up the area is.there is a nice soccer field and grass area to sit on.
There was a Foodie event going on that Saturday. It was a nice event, super crowded. Even though I had my pfizer shot, I was hesitant to go further. No one had on masks so I'm not gonna lie, I conformed to pressure for once in my life haha. Look, after surviving nyc lockdown/lockedin last spring in area i was previously living in temporarily for cheaper rent (desperately tried to get out of) and last place on earth I'd ever want to be if there was a disaster.the bronx! A very shady, sketch, brain deteriorating section too ; (- it is what it is now. Que sera sera. Most of us will never be the same mentally, emotionally, and physically. We breath, we eat, we do things that look the same, might even smile! What's that feeling again? Smh. Anyhows, wondering nyc thoughts;) The park has a skyline view out of this world. If you can ignore new age agros with money, and thoughs pretending to have money - you will be fine! ;) If that irks your nerves, you've been forewarned.
