Just want to say Marshall’s did a phenomenal job from start to finish with my siding/porch project. Dennis Felice handled all the initial logistics and followed up with me daily. Mike and Chad came out and went over all the details relating to the siding and front porch I had added. Chad and his team did a fantastic job adding my 8x6 porch with roof.turned out better than expected. Mike and his team did a superior job with my siding. All the guys were friendly and bent over backward to accommodate any concerns I had. The job was cleaned up daily and nothing was left in disarray. Hands down one of the best experiences I had regarding contractors. Very professional, courteous and accommodating. Highly recommended to anyone pondering a new project. Great job Marshall’s!

Estimator showed up unannounced to “take pictures”, just happened to find him in the backyard.

They didn’t keep their appointment and I never received an estimate!

Marshall repaired a roof problem and a gutter problem in the back of our house. The roof repair eventually worked very well but they forgot to install the cover on the gutter. In the following spring I noticed a small tree had sprouted near the downspout. They came out and apologetically installed the cover but neglected to clean it out.

I sent a video showing the literal Niagara Falls of overflow even in moderate rain. After months they came out, looked at it and said they would quote a wider gutter (as in “Spend more money). I tried to reach them on this several times but the did not respond.

The gutter overflows in steady, light rain WHY- because it fills up WHY- because the downspout is clogged WHY- because they did not clean that out when they came and belatedly installed the cover that they did not install in the first place but billed me for. Now I get to listen to it drip and pour EVERY rain.

I will be having another contractor come to do further, more extensive work and I already asked him “while you are up there, can you please clean out the spout? ”

Marshall Exteriors replaced the ridge caps on an addition. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the materials used. Shawn arrived right on time and finished the job expertly and cleaned up after the work was completed. Kudos to Marshall Exteriors.

We had siding, gutters and gutter guards installed.
Communication with the company was excellent! Becky, Mike, Kelly and Adam were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
The crew worked hard - through all kinds of weather and completed the job in 6 days. I love the way my house looks now!

We just had a porch / deck built on our manufactured home. It turned out gorgeous! We are so happy with what Ernie and Matt did and the various other workers that were assigned to our job. Ernie and Matt work very well together. They work hard but have fun as well. From start to finish, everyone we talked to were great and treated us very good.

I highly recommend Marshall's. I came to them in a terribly complicated, seemingly hopeless situation. They rolled up their sleeves and got to work and helped me more than they will ever know.

I appreciate them, and they get wonderful kudos from me every chance I get.

We had a pretty great experience with Marshall and already referred them to friends and neighbors. The crew which was led by Joe, was respectful and did great work. We had a few little hiccups but they were all handled with care. Their honesty and hard work was so appreciated. This was the largest project we have done on our home so far. We replace all the windows, turned a bow window into a flat triple double hung window (which required trim to be fully rebuilt and siding to be redone) and took out a small window and added a beautiful big sliding glass door in. The job was expected to take no more than 4 days and because of weather and a few unforeseen hiccups it took a little longer which overlapped our spring break vacation. They were so amazing about getting the work done as fast and smoothly as possible so we didn’t have to miss our whole trip. We came back from our vacation to beautifully completed windows and a brand new door. We hope to work with Marshall again for more projects in the future.

We had Marshalls replace our roof 5 years ago. We were very impressed with the quality, service and professionalism with everyone we encountered. Our roof still looks great, they made sure nothing was left behind. We recently had a piece of fascia that was starting to pull away due to the heavy winds. I received a phone call from one of the Marshall employees that happened to go past the house and see the fascia and they offered to send someone out and fix it. Great customer service, would definitely recommend!

Sunroom Fill-in

I had an old screen-in porch that I wanted to turn into a 3 season porch.

Marshall Exteriors revamped it into a Sunroom Fill-in. I'm very happy with the outcome.

All of the staff and workers were polite and courteous. The men doing my project were awesome!

One caveat: I did run into one minor hiccup which took some time to fix. Missing parts - the detail brackets for holding the glass in on some windows and the sliding screen door being torn in multiple places (minor problems).

Also, this delay was caused by the manufacturer of those parts and lack of sufficient employee's at the time.

In any event, I'm very pleased with Marshall Exteriors and the work they did for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First, they worked with us to decide on the right windows for the space, we wanted as much window as the wall could handle. We had sales and a factory rep come out to discuss our options.
The installation was done in two days, ahead of schedule, and the crew was great. The install is beautiful, and they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up well. This inspite of finding a rougue wire and a surprise door in the middle of the wall.
We couldn't be happier with our new view. On the final install day, the CEO came out to see how it was going.

Had my roof replaced today. Guys showed up at 7: 15 am and finished by 5: 30 pm with clean up and finished roof. They were very professional and fixed what I had noticed needed to he done before they left. I highly recommend Marshall Exteriors to anyone looking for work to be done

Everyone that I dealt with was very polite. Any concerns that I had were dealt with professionally. All phone calls were returned.
