Department Store Marshalls reviews
27The selection of women’s clothes is worse than ever at the Marshalls on 48 St and Northern Blvd in Sunnyside Queens. There are no displays of new arrivals and the racks are filled with things that feel like they were on the floor.
For the first time of being 11 years of Marshall's customer I was in line for about, 5 minutes. Keep up the good work
Marshall’s is great however this specific store is falling apart & way over crowded god bless the people that work here.
Best Marshalls I've been in. Clean and everything in place. Brought some cool Christmas gifts while on vacation.
Was here yesterday. Purchased new mirror and a coat. Got a good price for them. Parking was easy (Monday morning) and I didn't spend too much time finding them and paying. A store to return to.
The store is nearly always completely packed, a little understaffed (be prepared for long, albeit fast, lines), but that's to be expected from a large department store.
Manager has no strengths to run this place.she has been address with the issues that continue to take place.corporate needs to enforce major changes the place is very disorganized. The entryway smells so bad and there is chair's right by the garbage which is holding "doors" rugs are disgusting in case of an emergency where will the people exit safely.
Possibly the worst Marshall's on the planet. The line is ALWAYS excruciatingly long. Selection, eh. Hardly ever find anything that's worth waiting on that line.
They have everything from all good brands with affordable prices. Can't complain about this store. Whenever I can come here I always end up buying something I don't plan to buy.
Long line to the register. 1 cashier or sometimes 2 and no supervision. Most of the employees prefer to unpacked and chat in the ailes than helping customers.
They need to have more people in register than to unpack the merchandise.
I just came in here to take a dump. The restrooms were clean but there were children running around unsupervised in it for some reason. One of them turned off the lights while I was in the stall. Not the most pleasant experience
It's not even Black Friday and this store is a total cluster F. The shear size of mess makes my soul cry. Honestly there is no point in putting the clothes on hangers or racks. Just dump everything onto the floor and let the savages dig through it all.
Never know what treasures you might find. Support staff are courteous and extremely helpful. They all work very hard to keep the store clean and organized which is no easy task with the numbers of people coming in. Checkout moves well even when lines are really long but they always have interesting products while you move along to registers. Thank you to all the hard working staff
It's Marshall's so the bargains are there but this one was terrible. The store was in disarray, you could'nt get down some aisles and the line was just ridiculous. There were (4) FOUR cashiers and the line looped around and down the main aisle. You would think the manager noticed approximately 40-50 customers on line and opened up another register. Even if she didn't have anyone available it shouldn't have been beneath her to get on one to alleviate the amount of customers waiting to purchase goods.
Good selection of products and deals. Just like any other outlet store it can get messy at times because people just grab something then decide not to put it back where they got it. The lines can get long at times which is annoying.
Not a bad inventory but I've never waited less than 30 minutes on line to check out. They really need to reevaluate staffing here.
They have a good items mostly phone accessories are very good & cheaper but every time I saw customer line is too big.
Tried to buy shoes. Random shoes and boxes were just piled on top of each other or strewn all over without any semblance of order. I had no way to identify how to find any of the shoes on display and no service in sight. Gave up and went elsewhere.
I worked nearby and found that Thursday evenings were the best times to shop because that’s when the new stuff comes in and when there are few people. Saturday mornings when they open is also a great time to shop.
Line was too long and they didn't have enough cashiers. I waited 40 minutes in line to pay just a few items
