Marshalls, Bronx NY

Horrible customer service. Two workers were moving merchandise on racks and almost dropped the rack on me.no apology.just attitude.never going back again. This isn't the first time, the store would look better with a new staff.

Love the merchandise but line was long. It was either dinner or shop. So I will be back. Saw some summer dresses that were my style. I will return.

Be ready to stay in line for 3/4 hours. 70/80 people in line and only 3 registers are open. No self check out or express line whatsoever. Come on Marshalls this is 2021

This is not average Marshall's store but it's has some household products! The only problem I have with this store is sometimes they only have one cashier!

Every time I come into this location I wonder where the manager is at. Lines are extremely long, cashiers are extremely slow, where is the sense of urgency in customer service? I love Marshall’s but this is out of control the fact that you have twenty people in a line and only have two cashiers who aren’t even in their A-game. Please fix this.

Great prices but store is designed more for women. Not much option for men's apparel. Lines are long

Limited quantity, but great store and always full of customers. It's okay I guess. I would go back, when I can do so.

Lol if you go up to see the kids toys you could see the nerf guns bullets are gone or stolen. U need to fix this but everything is great

Very cool Marshalls made from and old movie theater. A lot of cool stuff: Home decor, Kitchen Nik naks, small electronics, clothes, toys, shoes and plenty of stuff you didn't know you wanted lol.

I love shopping at Marshall the prices are reasonable cashiers are friendly and the line move pretty fast also it's closer to my home

I am in retail myself. I do not understand the lines that accumulate waiting for someone to ring you up. Horrible. I am 61 years old and when associates call me sweetie, I cringe.

Air condition is great appreciated during heat wave. Line can become long due to 1 or 2 cashiers. A better variety would be great.

I went for the bathroom. If you need to go they have a keypad but no code. Need to ask am employee to open it for you.

The place was air conditioned and fairly calm but the line was long which was seemingly due to a staff shortage.

Marshalls in parkchester, has what i need when i need it most. I love that out of most marshalls i have visited this one seems to be the better organized store.

If they could only get the checkout line to move more quickly. If you pick up anything heavy or cumbersome, make sure to use a basket or cart. You'll be waiting a while for a cashier.

The shelves are always empty because all the products and merchandise are sitting in boxes in every department. Used to come here all the time but for the past few months it’s just empty, Literally had to go in the boxes that were meant for workers to stock the shelves and get some things I needed. Not the first time, again I don’t know what has changed with staff but they need some people who are actually going to take the products out of the boxes.
