Good and cheap place but not many options. The products are not fixed and you will not always find what you need

The most cleaned and well organized Marshall I have been. The cashiers are awesome and very polite

This particular location is the worst one, store always empty no good merchandise, returns are not accepted even with receipt presented to them. No one knows what to do. Where did they hired this team

Marco M/coordinate/cashier was rude. I explained I am associate in other store with Store Id, picture state id but didn't have my associate card, he said no. Not fair. Should have return everything. Kings highway location

Some of your employees need to be trained. Not sure if she’s going through a hard time but don’t roll your eyes on me and look frustrated when I politely ask for help.

I had an excellent checkout with the cashier of the name Jaiden V. For a young teen he has excellent communication skills and was very patient and efficient when answering my questions. I just wish the line wasn't always long which is why i give 4 stars.

I was served by Cynthia L on July 2nd at this location. The experience was awful. I came to make a return and she had a terrible attitude from the moment I came to the register, prior to even asking how she could help me. I greeted her politely and she responding nastily with “Can you take the stuff out of the bag” without giving me a chance to explain my issue with my recent purchase. She inspected my items, one of which had a tag and the other which did not. I had originally purchased one that had lost a tag but it was the last of the size so I took it for my brother to try at home and was assured that I could bring it back for a full refund if the item did not work as long as I had the receipt. Cynthia was combative as I explained the situation and eventually offered a store credit, saying “ We’ll, that’s your only option. ” I explained again that I did not want a store credit because I was assured that I just needed the receipt for my return. I asked for the customer service number to get a resolution. After stating that I would contact customer service she refused to give me a bag for my item as well. As a long time customer and Retail manager I was appalled by her behavior. This associate should not be in a customer facing environment and needs retraining.

I couldn't find what I was looking for and it's Marshalls so you're pretty much on your own. You can find a good bargain here if you have time and you're patient.

Compared with the products of the same brand on the market, the styles of the products locked in the store are more outdated, but the overall price is cheaper.

Always some great bargains. The checkout is slow, though. Prepare for about 15 mins wait on line

My wife had a receipt to return st and they were to lazy to return her dress “bc it didn’t have a Marshall’s tag” after having to go home and search for it she went back to be told she was being rude which left her in tears. No apology, nothing. Manager made sad excuses

It was an amazing experience. The sale's associate that help me was very professional, polite and funny!
