Marshalls, Brooklyn NY

The girl by the entrance does not speak English that's too bad we are in America. I had a question and she wasn't able to answer to me I had to go to a different girl that she directed me to go.

Really like this Marshall's location. It's easily accessible via the B or Q train. It's a bit of a smaller sized store, more of a neighborhood store, but they always have good finds. I enjoy shopping here and have always gotten pretty food deals here. Would recommend stopping by if in the neighborhood.

4 stars because they have a great selection but there is always a line so make sure you factor that in.

Extremely busy store. Check out line goes through the store although the counter staff is professional and well trained moving it quickly.

Busiest Marshalls I have ever been in. Lines are HUGE and merchandise is scattered all around. I still haven't actually bought anything because the lines don't move! Good ting they have free parking.

Lots of cheap clothes but a 1,000 people line. Clothes are all around the place. This place is wrong.very dirty.

Found amazing deals on clothes but the customer service is extremely slow, and the staff is super low. The wait in line can range anywhere from 30 min up to an hour and a half. Not worth it.

Messy as usual. Marshall's attracts customers that are certainly not neat freaks. I hope they have some really good Spring wear coming in because I wa disappointed this visit

Great deals! Cashiers can be either very fast or ridiculously slow if understaffed, depends on the day.

Extremely slow! I just left there are 4 people on the line and 10 people working at the check out but still so slow!

We are waiting on a line for awhile
I don’t know why but all the time kashiers working very very slowly and talking too much even right now I am on a line and everybody is always so upset about it and I go here rare now because of this I only go if I really need to buy something and many times I pick a thing and leave in the middle of the line and I see other people doing the same thing as well

The stuff are reasonable and its honestly a really nice store. The only problems are the long lines

She is definitely in the Christmas spirit. She is a lot of fun. The wad a long line and she apologized for te wait. She made the experience worthwhile.

Lots of merchandise in a small space leads to a lot of clutter and disorganization. The line extends almost the length of the store even with multiple cashiers. This place tests your patience for a good deal.

Disorganized, items are everywhere even in the middle of the isles creating a walking hazard. The lines are incredibly long and cashiers slow. Avoid.

Small, very crowded store with a small rooftop parking lot. Great prices on an assortment of stuff but it's difficult to find anything because the mostly Russian customers throw everything around and it's one gigantic disorganized mess. This store is also severely understaffed. Usually there's long, long lines at the registers. Very hard to shop in this environment. Unless you have enough time on your hands to pick through the strewn about merchandise or wait on the ridiculous lines to pay for it, STAY AWAY!
