More cashier's needed.always an extremely long line to checkout! The store itself has great things and prices!

The amout of times I had to take my items in a garbage bag because Marshals is too cheap to provide bags for customers is unbelievable, and please don’t say for recycling because this has been going for years.

It’s decent. Could be better. They don’t have everything. And the shoes area is always messy and unorganized. Good luck trying to find the same pair shoes/sneakers.

Wide variety of clothes, house ware, shoes (I got what I wanted in a big rush) spacious enough so everyone could be at a distance

I like this Marshall because they have a big selection of hand bags, beauty products, food items, home goods, and my favorite is there kids section!
They have a very good kids selection with nice brands and many different sizes, plus accessories and kids toys!

They also have a great staff that keeps the place clean, organize and they are very friendly

I go in here maybe once a week to see what new items they have on sale. I really like it, it's just that the line is always long! Can't blame the store itself because they usually have most to all the registers open, but that's what usually deters me from buying things here. Besides that the employees are really helpful and they try to keep the store as organized as possible. When it starts to get busy in the store, it gets difficult to find your size because people move things around, so just wish they had more people that would handle the shop floor.

The store is always filthy with clothes littered on the floors. The staff is always irate and in a terrible mood if you ask them a question. I had the most horrific shopping experience at this store with 1 of their employee. He verbally insulted me when I asked him about a product. I always witnessed their loss prevention physically assaulted someone in the parking lot outside the store. Needless to say I will never shop here again.

Nice looking place for some cheap brand clothes. Still new looking store. If you want to skip the long lines, go early (9: 30am - 12pm) because the lines here can be insane.

This location used to be much better, there are still great finds, and the occasional one off you'll get nowhere else. Pleasant staff, clean store.

Marshall’s bay plaza is my favorite store, the team is awesome especially Katherine at register a really loving person. But the line omg so long and only 3 registers were open. I’m a shift supervisor in a pharmacy and I’d never put my customers to wait for so long on line. Its a mall I understand but move the line faster open more register’s.

Watch out for this store. An employee took my credit card info and charged an egift card to my account. Disgraceful. You can't trust anyone.

Staff are nice an professional. But the line sometimes is too long the big bosses need to work on that

Store has loads of nice stuff however the checkout lines are always very long and slow.never has enough staff

It's actually a mess with clothes everywhere on the floor and a mess everywhere you step, but it has so many things that are random and interesting.

Thay are the best the people that work with them respect you they help you when you need it they do not herest you when you shopping that my farite store to go to

No matter even if I go just to window shop. I always find something I can purchase & a great price.

Im addicted to Marshalls. That is all. You can always find a steal here! Great discounted prices on everything.

Occasionally you can find some interesting things. Other locations are much better (than the Bronx)

DEFINITELY a place you have to get to as soon as it opens. By the time I got there the place was a pig stuy and the lines are sooooo long. On the upside, the fitting room attendant was very helpful, informative and all around pleasant.

Very large. Very organized compared to other Marshall's stores. It has the best sneaker dept I have ever seen at a store of this type.
