Well I have to say Martin worked.his magic as soon as we signed the contract in 3 days we signed the contract for way above our asking. He showed 30 to forty buyers a day! He called all his buyers and agents in waiting and they came, and how! Our buyer actually finished work at 10pm and at 11pm Martin was there waiting for him while he looked all over the house and stayed for 1 1/2 hrs looking.
