Stay away from this place over priced & for their unprofessionalism had to missed a day of work having to turn around.a second time because they took my money and didn’t fix the problem.

Fast and no hassle. Would recommend for a quick tire fix. 1.21.23 NAIL it again. Drove on rim while rubber was detached. Luckily staff were able to save it. Thanks Martinez

They nice but they over charge.
For the used tires.
90 dollars I pay for and the next day I went to other place same tire 60 dollars.

Of I could give a negative. Went there early.pleaded that I needed tires due to a trip. They did a good job (well I thought) long story short I'm on highway the lead weights fall off. My car starts violently shaking. Had to pay 151.00 in pa to revalance and balance the tires that these pros did! Calling the BBB. Calling my bank to cancel payments

More expensive than other shops. 25% more on average. Nor very friendly …find some where else for your tire needs!

Over charged, staff was unprofessional and poor customer service. Took my car to check the tires pressure its cost me $12 included tips. Tires pressure light turned back on again after a week later. I took my car to another tire shop this time and they found out there's a problem with the rim. Definitely won't recommend Martinez Family Tire Shop cos they wasting your time and money.

Really nice and professional shop. Point to come here that this guys also working on weekends. Come and visit this place.

RIP OFF. They don’t stock new tires and try to sell you used tires for the price of new and then when i showed them a receipt from a recent tire replacement they told me it is inflation. $150/used tire is a rip off.

This people tried to sell me a used tier for $100.00 dollars cause obviously I am a woman and I don’t know better than that. Jokes on him I found a 45 dollar tire 10 minutes from this place. They are rude and scammers!

Avoid, damaged my wheel while doing a tire patch. I had black rims and now the whole outer rim is bare metal.

Absolutely overpriced! $30 for a patch? And how do you repair the tire without balancing the tire? So Patch and balanced wheel is $40. New tire cost $80. This place is a joke. Idk how they are claiming it to be a family business while ripping off it's customers.

Amazing service by everyone there. Needed an immediate tire change because the threads were coming out. I called ahead that I needed a change for my front tires. And they were beyond helpful.
We also needed recommendations for wheel alignments, and they were quick to help us find somewhere near us. I’d definitely recommend that you call ahead so they know you’re coming, instead of you waiting for other people. And they already know what you need and what tire to provide you.

I went to this shop because I need two front used tires, he didn't have them when I went that day but he said the next day he would have it for me and he did he also gave me a reasonable price he put the tires on in no time then he showed me my old tires and explained to me why my car was doing what it was and how bad the old tires were I really appreciated that and I will be returning. Great service.
