They always look my car over real well they make sure that it works right before I get it back they're courteous and they get to the job quickly

Martin"s replaced the rear differential on my all wheel drive Toyota Sienna. Martin's is a little over an hour away from me. There are several auto repair shops near me.some just 5 minutes away. I go to Martin's for a reason. Those reasons are:

I have used Martin's Auto Repair for many years. They have been very helpful with letting me know what is wrong with my truck and what it will cost to fix it. I will continue to use them as long as I am living in this area.

Since moving to Livonia NY We still drive to Martin's for service. John and his staff have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. John has even lent us his personal vehicle while servicing ours. I would give Martin's 6 stars if it was available.

This is where we we go to get or car fix, and or son to. They do a good fast service, you don't have to wait forever, and it good prices. My whole family goes here, it is a good place we will be going back.

Martin's did a tire rotation. They are always pleasant to deal with and reasonable pricing. I have Martin's do all me vehicle requirements. More reasonable than Dealerships.

The service was excellent! The repairs were done accurately and at a fair price. The customer service was exceptional. They researched tires for my vehicle and met and exceeded my expectations and were installed on time and at a fair price. I couldn't be more satisfied. I have used Martins for the past 10 years and have always had an excellent experience. Martins is the only repair service I have or will used.

They quoted a price for work being done and stuck to it. Replaced my transmission in timely manner and had me on road again. Would definitely recommend for doing auto repairs.

Love the people behind the desk always helpful and kind. John and the mechanics are always nice and seem to go out of their way to make you feel like they care.

Got a gas and a diesel truck mixed up, pulled the gas in for a diesel repair. Told them not to do work until I knew it was going to pass inspection, it clearly did not, started to and thought they were going to charge me. Couldn't tell me for sure what it needed for inspection, asked for keys so I could take it elsewhere and took them 10 minutes to find keys somewhere out in shop. Also had a car there the same time. Said don't do the work unless it's going to pass inspection- didn't find out it didn't until after I paid and got pulled over on my way home.

I tore the clutch out of my 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS I found out around here most of the auto shops do not want to work or install clutches. I found Martin's Auto on the. Internet they have an awesome website it's so easy to use. They gave me an estimate upfront came and towed my car to Wayland installed the whole clutch & kit and did a great job!
I highly recommend Martin's for your auto repair good work good people and great service.
