5What a rip off. Should karaoke for four people cost $600? 2 hours = $600 no thanks. Never again.
Worst experience I’ve ever had - treated me like a. Second class citizen despite paying for coat check and asking why I couldn’t go to the second floor. Absolutely disgusting service - go to mission instead
This place is expensive! The lyche drink is a pitcher. Drinks aren’t that strong. The songs are played from YouTube.
There’s really cool decor and the rooms are great sizes. We had a party of 10. The wait times are very long.
We came here for my friends bday, she had called on the phone prior to reserving and been told that we could have up to 20 people in a karaoke room and the room charge would be $30 each per hour, we could stay for three hours. We got there and learned that actually we could only stay for up to two hours, the room fee was $30 each per hour and everyone had to have a two drink minimum for each hour. We ended up staying and renting two hours because we were already there. Because of the confusion the room fee was waved for everyone which was really nice so we ended up spending $85 each for the two hours. I guess standard for New York but it's unfortunate that you are basically forced to spend that as a minimum. The room itself was very nice but the karaoke system did not have all the songs and it was missing some VERY vital songs (Before He Cheats, Maneater (Nelly Furtado), etc)! They did have an option to get any song from YouTube but we couldn't queue up songs on that. Anyway I just felt the need to share this information as a heads up because I think if we had known all of this we would have done something different, but we definitely don't regret going and still had a super fun night
If I didn't book a table, I would probably have a different experience but I did and got attentive service from the staff. We were immediately let in as soon as we arrived. The bottle service package was a good value compared to other clubs. The staff were always replenishing water, napkins, rearranging things and etc. A lot of people tried to go to our table but the bouncer was pretty good at shooing them away. In short, good value and great service.
The club crowd is pretty meh though.what can you do?
