A joke of a practice. I've never felt more disrespected by an organization. My mental health is in shambles because of this place. I initially thought Dr. Masci was great, but the ridiculousness of all the other stuff was terrible. I felt like no one in the organization cared about my needs and was ultimately discarded by support staff without Masci even knowing.

I don't even go here but I know this place is an absolute nightmare. It's a doctor feel good practice. You go in, you pay money, and you wait until the doctor wants to fill your medication. I have family that goes here and every single month they are calling when their scripts are due, unable to get ahold of anyone. And when (and if) they do, are told "the doctor hasn't sent them yet, but will get to them". Any normal doctor will send your medications during your visit so they're able to be picked up either on your way home, or a little later the day you're seen. I overheard the phone conversation with one of the women in the medication department tell my family member that the doctor hasn't sent any scripts in since the 19th of this month. Who knows now how many patients have gone without medications they need. Medications that keep them sane. I have never in my life heard of such a careless place. You pay money to see your doctor every week (s), month, whatever. Instead you see nurses for a few minutes, then have to hope they're passing on the messages to the doctor. And pray that he remembers (or cares enough in his "oh so busy day of seeing very little patients") to send medications in when they're due. Make your money how ever you want to Dr. Masci, but stop being reckless with your patients. Your setting them up for failure.

They require a vaccine card even for Telehealth- this makes no sense, having a medical exemption.it's pretty much a FANCY SUBOXONE CLINIC. This was the info I was given after months of calling them to make an appointment. Very unorganized. They are too big and clearly all about making money rather than the well being of people or responding expediciously.

Disclaimer: This is a review I wrote for Masci's practice. While I did not have many personal issues with him as a psychiatrist, his practice ruined my mental health, and there is of course a great amount of accountability that is tied to ownership.
If you value your mental health at all, do NOT come to Landmark Health Systems. While being a patient was acceptable, the way I was treated after leaving this practice was absolutely inexcusable. I told them I was running out of medication, and when I left voicemails to schedule a new appointment, I heard absolutely nothing back for weeks on end (I had 2 weeks supply). The psychiatrist, Jarod Masci, never responded to my emails as well. I also requested to have my medical records sent, and after directly being told by the front desk that this LEGAL REQUIREMENT would be met, I waited months for no such forms. Even after being faxed from another doctor, they still refused to release my records. I detailed to them over voicemail (the front desk staff was never present during office hours to do their job) the urgency of my situation, then only having 3 days left, and to my dismay, got ignored once again. In crisis, I waited a couple more days before calling again (their ONLY available method of communication) to air my grievances and got, you guessed it, ignored once again. At this point, they picked up my phone call, put me on hold immediately, and then hung up the phone. Even after receiving this abhorrent, unprofessional, and disrespectful treatment, I was not going to leave this review until running into ANOTHER issue with this practice. I recently got my MMJ certification in Pennsylvania, but before I had my appointment, I was required to provide medical records that showed my qualifying condition. Not only did this new psychiatrist send in a fax request, but after having waited many days, I left a voicemail with Landmark Health Systems' medical record department reminding them to send in the fax. With a staff as unexceptional as this one, it is no surprise to me that our grouped efforts indeed proved useless. This has been the most disappointing disgusting medical experience I have ever been put through. No person should ever have to be pushed to this limit, especially with MONTHS notice. I feel that calling Landmark Health Systems a psychiatric office is a privilege and honor that they in no way are deserving of- I could not recommend this clinic less. In my search for mental stability, this practice was a wrench I wish I had never crossed. If anything, being a patient here brought me only resilience and preparation for the atrocities of terrible medical care- nothing I was intending to seek. If you have read this far, please do yourself a favor by turning away and never looking back.

I can’t say enough about this office! Dr masci takes the time to really listen to address my concerns. So many doctors want to rush you in and out, it’s such a relief to find someone who is patient with me. I thought I was just doomed to always be depressed, but TMS completely saved my life! It’s so easy, and you can feel the positive effects super quickly. The environment is inviting and relaxing, and most importantly, private. Highly recommend!

No ability to refill prescriptions. He must not care very much about his patients welfare; only his wallet. Had to call so many times to no avail and did not get a much needed refill for three weeks.

Dr Masci takes the time to give individualized and personalized care to each of his patients. He mighty run late sometimes, but you know that if there was a day you needed extra time, he would give it to you. People complaining about wait times need to remember this is a doctors office and people are not feeling well. It’s obviously not gonna be clockwork. If you want that you can be another number in some giant company. Dr masci obviously cares about all of his patients, and goes above and beyond to help. Highly recommend.
