I was out of state. I had a small but very needed issue with my Quattroporte, I pulled in with no appointment and instead of turning me away, like the Maserati dealer closest to me in Atlanta, these guys smiled, took care of the problem, and did it quickly. I wish I lived closer because Long Island Maserati would definitely be my go to! This dealership made me feel like my business was important. The dealer where I live in Atlanta makes me feel like whatever, we're busy, we'll get to your car at some point. And that's on more than one occasion.

Worst service and help I have ever received never wants to help unless I shell out money. Back tire was low on air and I asked for it to be filled and was told that I need to replace tire and once I refused to change tire on the spot service manager walked away when wouldn’t even fill my tire for me even after saying I kept fishtailing in the snow never again will I buy a Maserati should have never switched from Mercedes’

This location will tell you whatever you want to hear to sign you up then nail you with an incredibly high return fee if you dont lease another vehicle from them. SCAM!

The worst Maserati dealer in the north east. I had a new tire replaced at this dealership three months ago, I found a bulge in the side of my new Pirelli P Zero tire.what kind of quality is this? After I talked to with this dealership, they told me buy another tire. They want to me spend another $500 to buy a new tire for just 3 Tmonths. This is awful. They using very poor quality products to client. This is a very bad Maserati dealership.

Fantastic experience! They took my car in under very short notice and got it all done by the next day. "Chris" was very knowledgeable as well as an absolute pleasure to work with! Will definitely do business again. Thanks!

Maserati of Long Island is a pleasure to work with. The entire team is exceptionally well informed and customer service driven. The service is by far superior to any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you for always making sure my car is in perfect condition.

These guys took two days to tell me that the gas cap was loose. They are aloof and unhelpful. Chris told me to have my car towed because the engine light was on. He Could have simply told me to check the gas cap which apparently happens all of the time. After they towed the car from my home in the Hamptons they told me to come and pick it up. I would avoid this outfit if at all possible.

Dawn was such an amazing and sweet receptionist that was quick to get me a rental. Chris was very nice and helpful in getting my car fixed as fast as possible and in the best way. Really know what they are doing here. Jimmy was able to get my car fixed faster than the F1 team for Carlos Sainz. Best Maserati dealer I have dealt with hands down

I lease a 2018 Maserati GT. The car has been having issues with the heated seat on the driver's side and the alarm. I have dropped the car 3 times to get the seat fixed and twice for the alarm since there is an annoying beep every time I start the car. Each time I drop the car it stays there at least 3 days although last October it was there for over a week since I was told parts were being ordered to fix the seat. I picked up my car yesterday after dropping it again on Wednesday with the same problems, and when I drove it today the same issues are still happening. This is very frustrating and a waste of time.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! No pressure sales, bait & switch or extended warranty BS! I walked into a Ferarri / Masaratti dealership dressed in stained / ripped blue collar work clothes. I was greeted promptly by Justin one of there sales associates. He treated me just as if I'd been in an expensive suit. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and quickly found a perfect car for my needs. He held the car for me on nothing but a hand shake! I went home, did about 5 minutes of paperwork online and returned the following day to pick up my new masaratti. If you have the means, I HIGHLY recommend stopping in Ferrari / Masaratti of Long Island and talking to Justin or anyone of there friendly, knowledgeable sales team.

Really appreciate the pick-up/drop-off option. Service advisor always kept me in the loop on progress. Really exceptional service from start to finish!

Cost was ridiculous, had the car I bought from you for 3,000 miles and was charged over $1,700 for what amounts to an oil change. Free pickup and delivery took a week, insane. One, I won't be back and two I was interested in a Ferrari in Lauderdale for my Florida home, but I'll shop elsewhere.
