Massage Envy - Oceanside

If I could give it 0 starts I would. This would have been my first time coming because I was gifted a gift card for my birthday. I called because I'm running late and the girl says its ok still come then 5 mins later she calls me back saying oh if you come you will only get the remainder of the time so I say can I just reschedule then and she says yeah but we have to charge you $35. Needless to say I will never go here my gift card will collect dust. In this time of COVID19 and me being a health care worker if I'm going to be late because I got held up at work you guys should be accommodating. Not a way to conduct business at all.

The receptionist was quite nice but the wait time for my massage to begin was painful. I was the last person there and the massage therapist didn't come out until 10 mins into my massage time. I then told them the area I wanted worked on. For a "90 min" massage, he focused on the problem area for maybe 5 mins. It was an extremely uncomfortable massage with multiple times of him stopping randomly for a minute or two and not doing anything. I wont be back and highly warn anyone to not get a massage with the bald massage therapist. If I knew his name, I'd list it here. He should be fired and no one should have to endure his massages.

The therapist I had was not impressed. He didn't even think to turn off his phone. He was getting texts and calls the entire time. All I was hearing was the buzzing. Not relaxing. I paid for 60 minutes. I got about 40. I've been to many other places that were just more professional.

Had the absolute worst experience today. I had an old gift card on file. I made my appointment for a stone massage, I asked the guy who made my appointment is there enough on the gift card to cover my massage, he repied "more than enough". So you can imagine the shock when i come out of the massage when I was asked how i would like to pay the total of $200! I said I had a gift card on file. She couldn't find it at first, then said oh you have $25 left. I paid the difference but felt scammed. I asked for copies of the my last massage, to see what was used for payment, I was told they had no way of printing it! The guy should have said that it wasn't enough instead of saying more than enough! Very dissatisfied, scam scam scam! I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they would give me a call, still waiting.

Had my facial done by Mike and it was great. He was friendly and attentive. He discussed problem areas on my face that I neglected and addressed them. He gave me some daily skincare and maintenance tips to follow. He also wasn't afraid to perform thorough extractions unlike other estheticians I have been to and with no discomfort. An overall great experience. I will definitely go back.

Bad experience! I booked & the called 3x to change my booking to a Sunday at 9am! The owner himself called & booked me for that 9am on a Sunday that doesn't exist! They dont open till 10am Sundays.waited an hour for open to find out they dont see my appointment! Very unprofessional & a waste of good time on my weekend. TERRIBLE!

I signed up three months ago after going twice and getting good service. Yesterday I had the worst massage in my life 45 mins and it was not a full body massage. I am not one to make a scene so I left without complaining. Maybe I should cancel my membership

They post the massage time as being 50 minutes but every time I went the Therapist took me in way after the start of the hour and still ended at 10 minutes before the hour was up. So each time I only received a 40 minute massage. The massage therapists are mediocre.
I tried calling a manager and never received a call back
Also don’t sign a contract with them it’s really hard to get out of and they keep billing your credit card

I've been a customer for just over a year now. I had started coming to this location for some months but stopped as the therapist I was originally seeing had suddenly left. I then went to another location for much of the summer simply because it was closest to the gym I go to. Returning to Oceanside I started seeing Latasha. GREAT GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR TEAM AT OCEANSIDE.she's professional and seems to knowingly target the areas of your body that need work. She's hands like velvet adding the necessary pressure when needed. Love your team, love Latasha Mcrimmon, I've seen her 3 times now and you'll get me coming more than once a month now. I leave feeling like I'm walking on air.happy customer, Norma De Abreu. X

My friend gave me a present a gift card from Massage Envy, cause I always do massages and she thought i would like it.i really dont like to go to different massage therapist, cause I have some back aches. So when I booked and appointment they took all your info and credit card info as well, I didn't want to give them, but they said they would not make an appointment without my cc info.well the massage was not even Swedish and I ask for deep tissue massage, and the time instead of 60 min it was 45min. Very disappointed.thought I would find something close to me.

I have been getting professional massages for 20+ years and this place was the worst experience ever! I will never go back there. Don't waste your money on a business that is trying to be a spa "Mill" and not succeeding.

I was greeted by max and he was so nice and professional I really enjoyed my experience here I had crystall as my therapist and she was great and sweet! She worked on all points I had asked of and Even the young lady who made the appointment for me was a doll I really would recommend this company and location for relaxation and rejuvenation!

Great Location Front Staff Lead by Elly is friendly and knowledgeable;. I would recommend seeing Ephraim for a massage.
