I couldn’t rate how my massage experience was because both times I booked my appointment, I eventually got a call back saying they couldn’t honor my appointment due to conflict in the schedule. I was asked to book a third appointment which I turned down.

Amazing facials. Massages can be wonderful too, depending on who you get. Worst part is scheduling. I have a monthly member ship, but often miss out on sessions because time slots are slim. And the few that are available, they're during the hours that most people are working or too early.

I had one facial which went well I had no complaints.i scheduled another facial and had to cancel because the skin on my nose was peeling from having a cold. When i called to cancel they told me that i will still be charged $45 because I didn't give 48 hrs notice even though 48 hours ago my skin was not peeling. I asked why would I be charged for a service that you guys won't perform because of the peeling skin.she informed me that it's like a doctors appointment you are charged if you dont cancel 48 hours in advance.i said its nothing like a doctors appointment because I can go there sick but you guys won't give me a facial with peeling skin so in a sense I'm being charged $45 for a service you guys cant provide definitely not a place I will go back to because I never signed any thing saying that I agree to pay for a service I cant receive. Also I had wrote done that my appointment was for the 31st at 10: 45 so when I called today to cancel it would have been 48 hours notice. She said no your appointment is for today which seemed weird because I wrote down my appointment while I was on the phone with them setting up the appointment. But now they have lost what would have been two loyal customers

Great therapeutic massages. They helped aid in my recovery process. I am now back to full functionality from a shoulder injury.

I love going there for facials! Geri is an amazing esthetician! I highly recommend going there. I've been a member since 2009!

I tried a different therapist due to my schedule- he was as great too! I haven't had a bad one yet!

Always a friendly staff willing to work with you to provide a relaxing and calming experience. I and my wife go at least once a month for a couple massage. On occasion sometimes more. Love it.

The quality of massage therapists is not great, and therapists have a pretty high turn over rate here it seems. You get sucked into a contract on the first visit, and there are tons of details about the contract that they leave out when talking to you about it on that first day. When I finally went to cancel my membership, I wanted to use my last month of credit (already paid for) as a gift for someone else, which had to be approved by a manger who seemingly was never on location. The manager never called me back, so that's $60 I'll never get back!

I took my pregnant wife on a Mother's Day to go get a massage.next time I know, I was stuck into a contract and I have to pay them $700 with the monthly payment of $70 every month.and keep in mind that the money is coming out automatically if you skip a payment, you will receive late fees. I asked the manager to work something out with me because I was never aware of the contract the manager basically told me that I was screwed.

Tried to make an appointment four different times for a couples massage. Finally made one and then they cancelled the day of. Then while I was on the phone trying to reschedule the receptionist hung up on me after 25 seconds. So I just made an appointment with the other location for next week. Hopefully this ones better

HORRIBLE NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR.
I WENT FOR RELAXING AND 1 WEEK AND CHIROPRACTIC VISIT LATER I'M STILL ICING MY SHOULDER AND BACK! ASKED FOR MOSTLY A FOOT AND HAND MASSAGE, THAT WAS OUT THE WINDOW, ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS CONCENTRATE ON MY SHOULDER, WHICH I'M ICING BECAUSE I CAN'T LIFT IT WITH OUT PAIN. I HAD NO PAIN BEFORE THE MASSAGE.

Difficult to make an appointment with a qualified therapist. Have been treated poorly. Appointments made are suddenly unavailable, and appointments are made that aren't scheduled. Poorly run.

Consistently call to try and get an appointment and they just keep telling me they're booked. Even being two months out I still can't get something booked with them. To think I wanted to become a member again too. I'm glad I didn't get it and then got stuck with a contract that I couldn't have gotten out of; they never have appointments available

Had my 1st massage here with Cassy. I was a little leary being that this was a chain, but I received this as a gift so I tried it. I have had massages elsewhere so I was comparing the entire time. Well, guess what? Cassy was wonderful! She was polite, knowledgeable and an awesome therapist. She did everything that my old masseuse did and went out of her way to work on my stubborn areas. I would highly recommend her. So far I'm satisfied with the whole experience. I go back in a month for my next one.

I'm soooo disappointed. 1st off let me say that the therapist I normally see is AMAZING. I wish my prego brain could remember her name! This is no reflection against her.

I have been receiving massages for the course of my pregnancy.they have helped tremendously with my sleep and aches and pains. I was a sold happy customer!

Unfortunately today someone named Janelle called me at 9am to inform me that my acct was in a "suspended state" and informed me that I would need to call the store I signed up at asap to pay and maintain my service. Her tone was a bit demeaning and I kinda felt like she was speaking down to me as if my card was declined or smthing. Not the case.bank sent me a new card with a chip. I updated with the amherst store when I booked my last massage but apparently you also need to update with the location you originally signed up at.yea but I didn't know that.

Anyway. I was up all night with heartburn and back pain so didn't call and pay the Cheektowaga store the minute Janelle told me to. I fell back asleep (these days I take what I can get!) but called first thing at 2 when I woke up.

I then received another call from Janelle informing me that she canceled my appt because she assumed I wasn't going to pay. What? I have been a steady customer for over a year no issues: (

I'm so disappointed. I soooo was looking foward to my massage but def will be seeking service elsewhere after this experience. Shame on you johnelle for your customer service skills. Assumed I wasn't going to pay? I called and straitened out my financial information 3 hrs b4 my appt but what's the worse that could happen.we straiten it out when I arrived?

If I could give a negative review I would! My daughter bought a Message Envy gift card for me for my birthday and we were going to go together. I have just recuperated from breast cancer and was looking forward to a "girl's day" for the both of us. Instead, when we called, we were told that they were accepting appointments 3 weeks in the future. Wow. I don't know about you.but my family is extremely busy with softball, volleyball, hockey and school. My daughter is on 4 sports teams and is going to school for her Masters. I work full-time and rarely have a minute to myself. When the day finally came, we received a phone call telling us they had a 6: 00 opening. My daughter informed her that we've waited for 3 weeks for a 5: 00 appointment as she was unable to make the 6: 00. The girl answered "Awww sorry. Due to medical reasons we only have 6: 00 available". My daughter was very upset as was I. They knew about the "medical emergency" a day ahead of time (we had a missed call we noticed later) and didn't get another therapist to fill in? I asked for a refund and was told that I could use the card for "products" or make another appointment OR (here's a good one) give the card as a gift to someone else, but under no condition dothey refund gift cards. Why is it that businesses think once they have your money their responsibility to the customer is over? What the previous review said about the girl being 'snippy', that doesn't touch the attitude these people have. They are arrogant and down right rude. What happened to the customer is always right? I'll be writing a letter to the Attorney General and whatever additional course of action available to me. I won't be going to Message Envy and I'll make sure my friends don't either.
