Could not be happier with the service provided. I was very happy to be the first appointment, not because of my schedule but because the handler is in my attic, which is extremely hot during the day. Robert called a half hour prior to the appointment which was very appreciated. We moved into our home a few years ago. Our boiler was original, probably 70 yrs old. In less than two days, our boiler was removed and we had an updated system installed. From giving us an estimate to install and payment, we were very satisfied. They were punctual, explained the system, ensured that we were happy, and even put down mats so they wouldn't track dirt in the house. We are very satisfied and would recommend.

John and Chris did a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. They treated my house as if it were their own, kept me informed about the status of the work, and focused on doing the job the right way. They took the extra time to make sure that the end result didn’t detract from the looks of the install setting.

Had another company completely screw up an ac unit install. Master came and fixed all of the mistakes and at a reasonable price. Wish I had found them in the first place!

Over priced. Professional with good and polite service but you can buy similar services from competitors at a much lower cost. My impression is they hope to catch customers who are not checking their pricing. This must be the reason they charge a fee to give a quote…. After seeing the quote, no one goes ahead but Master Plumbing makes $90 and you pay $90 to know the highest price in the market.

Prompt and trust worthy are key to me and they were both. I'm always hesitant to have work done when I'm not home, most people seem to find bigger things to be fixed then needed. It was a simple fix and thats all he did, no fuss. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely unreasonable prices and not friendly on top of the fee they charge for just giving you estimate $98!

The technician was perfectly nice. I appreciated how professional he was. But ultimately, charging more than $700 to install a toilet was just silly. So I did the install myself.

It was also a bit annoying to have to pay the service call fee before knowing the quote for a basic toilet install was so unreasonable. Given the simple description when I scheduled the job, someone could have just suggested we don’t use them for this. I think the technician even felt bad about it.

Again, they were very nice and very professional. The cost was just a bit of a shock.

We are very pleased with the replacement A/C condenser and air handler installed by Master. The installation team were seasoned and professional. They explained the install process, timing and features of our system. Everything was cleaned up after installation. We highly recommend Master Plumbing Heating and Cooling.
