Poor staff, specially the yoga instructor. The food level is a Bodega level, but on the eyes they show you 5 star stuff. FREE cheese in a mouse trap only. Stay away from their yoga

This is where serious people go to take care of their fitness. Can't think of a better place in the world that could top this!

I Wanted to open membership for only swimming pool, I’m not interested in other classes and gym as I’m pregnant. But the membership for swimming pool for $74/monthly Monday-Friday Only from 6am to 3pm is way overpriced, in the most uncomfortable time doesn’t worth it. And no other options provided, that’s just ridiculous. I have to pay $140 just to be able to use swimming pool the time I’m interested in. And nobody even mentioned about other fees, I found this out from reviews. Terrible schedule and options.

I am pregnant and moved and the gym manager just emails me doesn't call to help me cancel. They do not care about you as a person but only care about money. Do not join this gym if you want to be treated like a human. Plenty of nicer gyms inside and when you cancel won't treat you like a money bank.

This place has a Slavic flavor, so don’t expect a lot of unreasonable smiles on every corner or from reception. However, trainers are very professional and dedicated to their work! Also the place (gym, courts, swimming pool, locker rooms) is very clean, and there is a lounge zone when you can watch the swimming pool or tennis courts (especially nice to have feature if you’re waiting for your kids), or have a snack. As a conclusion - highly recommend it, especially if you’re ok to spend a little bit extra $ in comparison to other gyms, but you also will get more!

If I could rate this below zero Stars I would. I've gone through my polyneuropathy, charcot-marie-tooth disease 4/63 years and seen hundreds if not thousands of doctors and hospitals. I have never been treated negatively in the verbal sentence and in the physical sense as Doctor Ashley Marcus did. Wherever I can go from the health department to the mayor's office I have already started and this person should not be allowed to interact with anyone felt at any time. Very very sad

It's a great fitness center with a pool, gym, tennis and summer camp for kids. It's a center for adults and kids.

Anyone knows what they're doing about cancelled classes? I've tried calling and emailing them. No answer. Will they refund or reschedule for fall? Would be good to know.

Left my phone in the bathroom and I went to the front desk and got it back. My daughter enjoys the swim class.

Terrible attitude of the staff. I've had three robberies in the locker room. The staff does not react to this in any way even refused to show records from camera. The administrative staff is rude, the management even more so. I'll look for another gym.

Not bad, could be better:) But if you need to go to the gym and pool is it the best place but the price is very high!

Tired to explain and proof that I was injuryd and wasn't able to visit gym in last 4 month. Even they have notes from my doctor with confirmation of disability date (sure after the hospital and paying for all this unused months and hidden fee), the cancelation take another month for with you for sure need to pay! Unbelievable!

The trainers and staff are really experienced and every visit is truly challenging and motivating! Super clean, modern and welcoming

Expensive—especially the pool, the trainers lack manners, some machines are broken and take awhile to get fixed, and the classes offered are primarily for females.

Great sports! I have a membership here and it was great. I love the sports program. Hoping to continue over and over again! And hopefully they create a family plan sooner!

Only place to train in Brooklyn, great selection of weights and cardio machines. They have a huge selection of classes, tennis, gymnastics, swimming pool ect.
A nice restaurant, protein shakes are very nice.

Stopped being interested after visiting their website. Need to send a request to see the prices. What a waste of time.

Well it's not to bad, some of the teachers are really nice. I'm just really bad at swimming and I'm struggling. But overall I like it.

It would be perfect if there were coller in the changing rooms. But other things are pretty good!
