13Waste of time and money way over priced and very filthy will never go back to this establishment
It is hard to deal with front desk people because they need more communication skills and are poorly trained in their job duties. They are always charging for those classes (pvt) that have been canceled. It should be better coordinated between coaches and the front desk about the payment. I do not want to contact these people anymore; they are rude.
High class, professional coaches, wonderful results, clean. Management always goes above and beyond.
I have been playing tennis at Match Point for many years. Overall it has been a good experience. However this Monday 12 woman who have 3 Seasonal courts showed up from all over the city to play their reserved tennis from 11-1PM. They were told that the courts were not available due to tennis camp. When asked why they were not notified the reply was "Not our problem". (NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY?) I want to know who would be responsible to inform at least one person on the team of this sudden change. At the very least some notice should have been given to our groups.
Group class schedules never get updated, I would like to escalate this to the higher management.
They are good at charging your credit card but never notify when classes are canceled!
Today was my first day back in a gym. This gym is well kept and that's a plus for me.
Clean gym with tons of equipment for any need. Friendly staff. Locker rooms are clean too.
I'm back. Missed working out with people I know. I enjoy this gym. I get to see former students.
Good gym but used to be better, clean facility but since COVID their hours are too short. Weekdays should close at 11pm but they close at 10pm. Saturdays and sundays are a joke closing at 7pm. Should be 9pm saturday and 8pm sunday. Some machinery in the gym specifically treadmills havent been fixed for months, belts are worn out.
Worst gym. And worst possible experience. I am ready to report this place to the authorities. The staff is Mickey Mouse and friends! There are so many gym goers who are violating the rules by not wearing their mask properly. No one tells them what they are doing is incorrect and there’s a security guard there that might as well be a statue. It’s very frustrating to see what unfolds in this place. Also, hardly any of the members rack their weights. What’s worse is that this place is so overcrowded that it makes Grand Central Station during rush hour look empty. I really regret signing up to this gym; it’s an epic disaster!
The Shell Rd Matchpoint gym is much better and cleaner than this one. Managment please open the windows and turn on the fans especially during the pandemic. Let the fresh air circulate. Please open 1-2 windows in the gym. The smelling of the sweat is terrible when 30 people are working out. You feel much more better when you get outside and breathe fresh air!
It was good but no showers and no rope that sucked other wise it was a good work out
The facility is clean and a nice place to work out or play tennis. It's well kept and always everything is in perfect working condition
