Great atmosphere and people. Not only will they add color to your life, but also have a very great cause to help the environment with creativity.

This is an amazing charity I never knew existed. They collect donations of fabrics, office supplies, stationery, art supplies, and electronics for teachers and arts organizations to use.

It's an inexpensive way to get college equivalent credits for teachers. They have tons of materials donated to them for teachers to go and shop for free. All you have to do is send a thank you letter for the things you take.

Any organization that has a system for the collection of extra or discarded materials for the use of artists and area arts programs is a hero in my book. Thanks for all you do!

This is a place you can get materials for your classroom and it's free. The parking is not that great. But once you get in the warehouse you must pick up something whether its paint or paper or material.

This is a great resource for the arts in NY. Incredibly friendly staff and a wonderful organization to donate materials, or volunteer with. It can be a bit hard to get into the loading docks with materials at time, but call ahead and they'll help you get in.
