Carrie always goes out of her way to make sure our insurance needs are met in a timely manner. Any time we have a question or a change to make, she gets right back to us and resolves everything quickly. Carrie (and Matt) make my husband Steve and I feel like we are a priority to them and that means a lot. Thank you!

I've only interacted with Carrie. And I must say that Carrie is the ONLY reason my family is still with St. Farm. St. Farm Corporate should fly her in to train all St. Farm employees (agents included) on what caring, follow-up, and attention to detail mean. She turned a bad St. Farm experience into a good one and kept a St. Farm customer.

I’ve been a customer of State Farm Insurance, Matt Roe is in charge and I visited the office dozens of times over several years. I’ve had positive experiences every time with the staff, they’ve been professional, friendly and helpful. On May 1,2023 I called the office, left a message and was called back by Hannah within 5 minutes and she promptly and competently helped me with two separate issues. Matt has always treated me in a similar way. I’ve never felt like I’m just a customer. So thanks to everyone I’ve dealt with there over the years, and congrats to Matt, or whoever has hired the staff

Being in the LE field I was looking online and asking fellow co workers and friends about life insurance. A friend of mine recommended State Farm and particularly to speak with Zhanna. I have a few years background experience in customer service and let me tell you Zhanna is the definition of what customer service is. She is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Zhanna gave me every possible plan you can think of and she explained every policy thoroughly and had answers to every question I had. I did not know anything about life insurance policies and Zhanna made it easy to understand and made me feel comfortable choosing my policy. I've had coverage through this brand name for about a year. Good rates. Easy to establish. Been feeling comfortable changing over to this brand until a recent experience shot up every possible red flag that one could imagine. I received an interesting communication from this company a couple months ago. It looked like a bill. Seems it came at a time when some of my renewals are due. I almost tossed it until. I read a little further into this thing that looked like a bill only to find it WAS a bill for something I never asked for! It was for some sort of hospital indemnity coverage! I called the representative whose first name starts with "H". I asked Ms. H what this bill was and who decided for me that I somehow wanted it. Ms. H indicated to me that it really wasn't a bill, but just a notification that if I wanted the coverage it had to be paid by a certain date as indicated in the area of the paper where the expected amount of owed bills are known to be located. I was immediately enraged with State Farm and who did they think they were to just go and sign me up for something I never solicited? !? ! I threatened to close the account and express this extremely less than positive experience in all the social media outlets if this wasn't removed from my account. Without the slightest concern of my being a paid in full customer, Ms. H expressed she'd be more than happy to cancel my entire account. My business meant nothing in the eyes of a representative whom represents the brand name and it's owner as shown at the top of this page. I'm not sure Mr. Roe would agree, but I'm more confident that Ms. H will still be employed at the same place come the next Monday. I wasn't going to paint the black eye on this shady practice until I recently received a check for the money State Farm had taken out of my bank account without my knowledge or permission! I felt good about being a customer under a brand name that is owner operated by Matt Roe, a Syracuse University Alumni and basketball player that I had enjoyed watching once upon a time until now. I guess reality can sting a bit. Pay attention people. Insurance practices seem to mimic that of car salesmen and snake oil dealers.
