If you want to train Jiu-jitsu, this is a great place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The instruction is excellent. They give you every opportunity to ask questions if you don't understand what is being taught. I would recommend this place to anyone interested.
Jiu-jitsu is a great workout and an excellent form of self-defense.

Matt and his team were guenuinly welcoming and they shared excellent Jiu Jitsu with us. We had a blast. The structure of his classes; both kids and adults was great.
Professor Matt’s experience and down to earth manner of instruction is what separates his school from others.

Absolutely fabulous place to visit. Super clean, enormous matt space, shower, big changing rooms. People were welcoming and friendly.

My only complaint is that they don't have merch on site! I would have loved to walk away with something after such a great experience.

Very respectful group of individuals who are welcoming to everyone. I visited for a night and they didn't charge me anything. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who plans on visiting or wants to start training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I'll definitely visit again in the future when I'm back in the area.

Best BJJ gym in town! Every one is welcome there! No mat fees for visitors, the place offers washing machine to was your Gis and shower place! Quality instruction, if your in town go there and train! OSS

Beautiful gym. Very clean, vibrant and well set up. Secor is super fun coach. Very welcoming and talented people in the gym. Had some great rolls and a lot of fun hanging out. Recommend to anyone looking for some fun rolls, learn some awesome jiujitsu and to just have a good time.

I visited Matt Secor BJJ while on vacation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Coach Secor runs the adult class so that everyone can learn and participate regardless of your athleticism or skill in BJJ. Wow. There is not enough time and space to verbalize the great experience at Matt Secor BJJ.
Immediately, Matt/Professor/Owner greeted me with open arms and welcomed me to the tribe. I was treated as a regular student despite being a drop in for a week. There I quickly learned Matt has a great formula for success. His wall is covered with motivational punchlines that are actually administered in class. Matt sees the good in all his students and seeks greatness from each one at their respective level. Thank you for giving me a great experience. If anyone is in the area on vacation or this is your local area stop in and you will be a regular student. Matt even extended the invite to utilize his gym to my wife and my son.
Their experience was outstanding as well. My wife is on and off due to child care but she was extremely comfortable yet challenged at Matt Secor. My son is 5 and his class was impressive. Shout out to Coach Derek and Chris for the detailed and caring approach to their teachings to the kids. Oos.

Matt, and all the dojo’s members are exemplary role models, kind, and personable. There is an adult, and kids class, I don’t have children but if I did, they would be in that class. You can trust Matt and his instructors to teach you how to defend yourself, and what they teach is most certainly useful. Don’t look anywhere else, this isn’t a phony dojo, you will learn serious skills here. Big thanks to Matt, and his team.

Trained at here for my fall semester, great atmosphere and fun place to learn jiu jitsu would of stayed but went back home!

Enrolling in this academy was one of the best decision I’ve made in my life. Not only did I improve physically, I’ve also improved mentally and met so many wonderful people. Classes are amazing and the content is great. I always recommend people to come here and check us out and give it a try!
