I am very pleased with the work. Had the rear quarter fixed on ram 2500. Always kept me informed of the progress and when the truck would be ready.

Customer Service is top notch. I was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. When I picked up my car it was spotless inside and out. I highly recommend them.

Very professional work! I was well taken care of and updated on the status of my car all along the repair process. I want to give a shoutout to the office staff who helped me along like a long lost relative, as well as the service manager and his assistant, who all described in detail what was going to be done and how long that was expected to take. They have a great relationship with the car rental company and took care of the little details of returning a rental car that can get worrisome. They also washed and detailed my car before it was returned to me. They did it so well, my friends think i got a new car. In dealing with the stressful problems of repair after a car accident, these people could teach the other collision places how it's done.

I brought my car to Matthews after being hit on July 4th. Despite Progressive wanting to offer up another body shop I insisted that it needed to go to Matthews since my vehicle is currently leased through Matthews and I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly in case I turned the lease in and didn't purchase it. I received a call after a few days from Jim who stated that the damage was not as bad as was originally estimated and that I would be getting $300 back from the overage. I was surprised by this as I assumed that any extra money would be going back to the insurance company. He assured me it was totally legit and on the up-and-up and there were no concerns so I was pleased to know I'd have some extra cash this month, because who wouldn't like an extra $300? ! Today I show up to pick up my car (a one week turn around, so not too bad!) and the girl at the desk, Nikki I believe, tells me that in fact I am not getting any money. Ok, cool, no big deal, it's not like I had spent it already.but I mentioned that I had been told differently and that it should be addressed as I was being told two different things. She again repeats to me that the money goes back to the insurance company, as if I was somehow being difficult about the money when all I wanted to do was make sure that it was communicated to Jim that he shouldn't be telling people something that isn't correct. I walk out to my car and can tell as I am approaching it that something is off. I get closer and I realize that the rear panel that they repaired is painted the wrong color! I go back inside and tell Nikki this and she offers no apology or even a look of surprise, she just picks up the phone and pages Jim. Jim comes out and I tell him the issue. We walk outside, in the pouring rain (and I have no umbrella because I keep it in my car), and Jim looks at the car, rubs the rain off as if to see if that would somehow make a difference, then says something about a "tri-coat" and heads back inside. I return with him, soaked to the bone at this point and sit while he scrolls through pictures. He eventually says that he doesn't know why it was pushed out that way and they can fix it and it should be ready tomorrow. At this point I am boiling mad because it has become very clear that no one has a clue as to what is going on in that place. Hopefully the car is correct tomorrow but I am done with all things Matthews - both their sales and their body shop.

From start to finish the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the updates and process of fixing my vehicle. Auto body techs fixed in a timely matter. I got my car back and would never know it was damaged. Would highly recommend Matthews Collison!

Our car was brought in for the right rear corner panel to be repaired on 9/21. After they had it for 29 days I called to see what was taking so long. They said that they had broken a piece trying to fix something else and are waiting for my insurance to pay them so they can order the part. They didn't know when it would be done. I explained that insurance is no longer covering the rental car and asked if there was anything they could do. Chris told me that he can't do anything and I have to deal with it (I was so upset at this point I was crying). My husband called him back (not pleased) trying to get things figured out. In the end Chris said he would see what he could do for them to pay for a new rental until ours was fixed. We never got a confirmation they were paying for it until the day before our car was finished. Chris told us to pick up the rental and they'll figure it out. They did end up paying for the rental. My husband and myself told them several times not to call me, only my husband. Not once did they call my husband, only me. Every time we would call for an update on anything, they would say "we gotta put our eyes on it and we will call you back". We never got a call back. Communication is nonexistent with this company. The website says they work with enterprise and hertz rentals, yet there was nothing he could help me with? We have bought 2 brand new vehicles from matthews and have referred many people to them. Never again will we ever have anything to do with matthews, especially the collision center. We picked our car up on 11/14, almost 2 months later! When we picked it up, it looked fine. We got home and noticed the right rear corner panel was off center, like not flush with the bumper and there was a paint chip on the corner that wasn't flush. Also we find out the hard way (getting pulled over) the license plate lights don't work. It should be their responsibility to make sure it is all done correctly. I have never been more disappointed in a company that states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If I could rate with negative stars, I would. I would also like to put out there that Matthew's have replied to every single review besides this one.

Took my vehicle here after being hit by another car! My car looks brand new. I'm so impressed. Definitely recommend.

Told me when I dropped my car off was told 30 days they told me last week they had all the parts now magically they have to order more parts after I was told they were all in they place does nothing but gives u the runaround they have had my car over a month and still don't even know were they are at my car I call and ask they them seem like I'm bothering them I wouldn't recommend anyone take ur car there if time is important to u

Edit was told it would be done today by the Manger and we'll car is still not done

Quality work and attention to detail. Only downfall is the communication is a bit lacking. The communication between employees and the communication with the customer. I had to call for updates not the other way around.

Matt, Kendal and Chris and the rest of the team here at Mathew's collision did a great job and where able to help me out and give me answers asap and helped me get my car back as soon as they could thank you guys.

Matthew Collison was recommended to me by my mother since earlier in the 2000s she got a great experience with them. I went there after a Baby Deer hit my car and it was considered first party with my insurance. Trish (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) answered most of my calls and was an absolute delight! She got me to the right people and took care of all my questions she could answer. That is not to say that the others were not great as a matter of a fact I had an even more pleasant experience with other the nice clerks (i forgot the nice young lady's name. Im sorry!) because of Trish she made talking to the other clerks easier! I then met Jim and Chris who were more hands on and mechanically gifted. Jim was kind and responsive answering all my questions with gentle joyful manner making me feel more than just a customer. Chris was more like my father took me around and reassured me while explaining everything and took care of any issues like it was magic. Both Chris and Jim kept me informed during the process. Towards the end I met a gentleman named Matthew and he was an absolute blast with his high energy and honesty contagious smile. He made it feel like I talking to family. Overall it was a great experience and the work the Fellas did was fantastic! I would definitely go back there for more work or insurance detailing.

Repairs are not timely, job was left incomplete (twice), communication is poor to say the least (given misinformation on multiple calls). Very frustrating to deal with!
