A big Thank You to the Matthew's service team! In July, while returning home from a family vacation, I had problems with my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander. I limped it 30 miles from Pennsylvania to get it looked at (still 8 hours from home) and the part it it needed was on a backorder. They ended up fixing the problem and got me and my family back on the road. We are very grateful for their dedication and hard work

All they care about is selling cars no matter what condition they're in and for the sales people that's all they are sales people they don't care what happens they just push you off when something happens to your brand new car. The pictures of the brakes are on the front of our brand new car that they had us take home and said the car was perfect.

I have not been impressed with the service department at VW matthews in vestal. The service manager and general manager of the business fixed the issues I was having! Still was not impressed on what was going on with the warranty of my vehicle.

My previous experience was very grim with Matthews Volkswagen and it began to look grim in the beginning. I don’t want to give low stars for service though because the service rep who took my cars service in did a wonderful job. He was not my service person to begin with and he handled a tough situation very well. Chris did an awesome job fixing a problem not caused by him and making my life so much easier during a rough week. I really appreciate all the help he gave me and think he deserves 5 stars for his service as a service representative. Thanks so much Chris I really appreciate everything you did for me and my vehicle!

Matthews have serviced my car several times, but the best guy there to take care of you is Korey Spicer! He not only keeps you informed on what is being done and why, he seems to be very knowledgeable, and is very courteous and polite. That means so much when you leave your car in a dealer's hands to be worked on! He should be held up as an example to Matthew's other employees as to strive to emulate!
