Stephanie is an absolute gem! I have been going from store to store trying to find a great mattress and from all the places I have been to she has been the most helpful! She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns, she was patient and kind and with her help I found an incredible bed and mattress. If you are looking for a bed or mattress please don't waste your time and go directly to Stephanie she is absolutely amazing!

I had a great experience! I came straight from the hospital, and was able to pick out a bed and have it delivered within 2 days. Stephanie was very helpful!

My husband and I just bought the Tempur Pedic king size bed plus a new frame with a remote control! To tell you the true Stephanie was amazing her patience and great attitude won me over I wanted to go to Bloomingdales but her great costumer service, knowledge and her beautiful smile made me come back till we got what we wanted she really is an amazing sales person! Understands all your needs answers all our questions and she is super kind I highly recommend this store (HER) if you need a new matress, we were very impress with such a great service love our new purchase! Unpleasant experience

Came in a couple of weeks ago looking for a mattress in a box, that I could take home that day. The salesperson was at first friendly, I specified what I was looking for and he helped me try a few out. I decided which one I liked, and was going to come back later that day to purchase and pick it up. I asked what time they closed, and explained I just wanted some time to wrap my head around my first big purchase as a young professional, and would come back later.

I asked for the name of the mattress so I could request that one when I came back in case there was a different salesperson. (I guess it came off that I was just looking to test and order online?) but I was immediately met with attitude, and snappy answers. “What do you mean what is it called? It’s a foam mattress. ” Then as I tried to thank him and wish him a good day, he ignored me and stormed away. I repeated myself incase he didn’t hear me but he continued to huff away. It was really disheartening and ruined my morning, I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously and like I did something wrong.

I ended up buying a more expensive mattress in person at a different store and had a really great experience. They were understanding when I just wanted to step away to think about it, and helped me get the mattress into my car.

I understand it may have came off that I wasn’t a serious buyer, but I very much was, and regardless, I don’t understand the need to be so rude and give the “silent treatment” to a person in general. I rarely leave negative reviews but the interaction still leaves me with the ick, and after having so many more kinder experiences in furnishing and editing my apartment, I decided I wanted to give feedback.

Great experience. Stephanie listened to my needs and provided me with a wide range of options and price points. She explained the benefits of each selection and what was worth spending money on and which add-one were not necessary.

Dylan helped me out and I highly recommend him! He was kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my indecisiveness. And he gave me a great deal!

Service was really attentive and there were many different mattresses to try out. Ultimately it comes down to you yourself going back and forth trying to get a feel for the comfort of each mattress, so I ended up spending a couple of hours before making a decision. Note that there aren't really any reasonable options here below $1k so if you just want a cheaper bouncy spring mattress, it'd be better to shop on Amazon or elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. One of the sales associates Andrew was so helpful with my mom. There was a mattress downstairs that she was unable to see due to how steep the staircase was, and Andrew was kind enough to bring the mattress up the stairs for her to try. His patience with my mom and his knowledge were so appreciated. Overall a great experience!
