The best and only place to get tires. The prices are very good, staff are knowledgeable, always courteous and treat you like you're family!

These guys are great. Gersey and Dominick are awesome. It’s too the point where I wanna go there just to have my car say thank you to them. Every time I go there, my car feels so much better. Their customer service is beyond expected. I love my car because I love this Mavis. I love this Mavis because I love Dominick and Gersey.

Not a good tire shop. I came in to install 4 new tires on 2017 Toyota Sienna.

-My complain is that they broke 2 out of 4 tire pressure sensors while installing new tires.

-They replaced it with aftermarket/cheep sensors that do not match my original ones.

-aftermarket replacement did not work (the tire pressure sensor light would come on on the dashboard.

-they decided to unmount one of the tires and leave the old tire pressure sensor freely bouncing in the tire so it can shut off dashboard error light

-I ended up driving with two sensors in one tire (the installed replacement and broken original sensor bouncing inside the tire)

Stay away from this place. They did more damage, it will cost me more to fix mistakes these unprofessional people made.

Joshua and Aquil really helped me out with the repairs on my car and were fair with prices. Will always take my car here for anything that needs repairing! Highly recommend this place!

I went in to Mavis two days ago to get an Alignment and was advised my car needed a Rac&pinion. I broken down crying because I am a single mom out of work with children. Pepe went above and beyond to help me get back on the road and on my way Boston to be with my sick sister. Thank you Mavis tire.

It's a must that you have patient when dealing with this shop. A long wait is definite, no matter what you come in for. Overnight stay for your car is always a possibility.

The last two times there was real bad time to find a new place cant begin to tell you from prices on the phone and jacked up when I got there and them saying tire were on the car got home never changes the tires and mean people all around didn't deserve what I got the last two times there mavis smith st

They messed up my rim when I was having my tire replaced they did repair it but it took forever

Needed an oil change for my car, got an oil change done. Professional, quick and quality service.

Dominic and Anthony stood out to me, the test of the staff was nice but, they went out of their way to assist me and explain things to me so I truly understood what was happening to my vehicle.

Terriable workers mechanics don’t know how to do anything right be prepared To have to fix the work you paid them for not one of them is ase certified a bunch of thieves and scumbags

A two and a half hour wait for oil change, even with an appointment. Then they put a sticker on my windshield that left a lot of glue when I took it off. Not recommended.

Great staff and an even better deal. I had multiple problems with my VW Jetta 13 and the Store Manager Virgilio took amazing care of me. The guys even sent my car for a wash just because.

I am in med school. Paying for it is not cheap. I needed a new tire had a break down because I am broke. Johnathan then helped me so much! He helped me with getting a great deal! He was kind and compassionate! That’s something a lot of people these days lack. It is because of him I would go back to mavis if I needed anything done.
