Mavis Discount Tire, Williamsville NY

I had very low tire pressure and my usual place was closed due to the 2022 blizzard. However, Mavis Tire was open. Jason and Kyle discovered a nail in the tread and were able to fix it, without a tire replacement. They were very honest and concise, and reasonably priced.
If you are searching for a new mechanic these guys do it all. You won’t be disappointed!

A black person at the reception has very bad dealings with customers. He does not speak politely and does not know the meaning of dealing with a customer

They got me in after a major snow storm to put snow tires on when everyone else in town was telling me it would one to two weeks before I could get in for service.

It's like they didn't want business. Needed an inspection, alignment, and 2 tires for the rear axle on 4wd truck. Started off by saying the inspection guy wasn't in that day which fine, I have 3 vehicles and I can go a day or 2 without. Then started telling me I needed all 4 even though they just replaced the front 2 on a different axle less than 1k miles around spring. At this point, I just walked out and went down the street to a shop that wanted the work.

The best thing about this place was Daryll! We went in for a tire rotation, alignment, oil change, and inspection sticker. We waited an hour before the car was even taken into the shop, another hour for the oil change and tire rotation. We were then notified that the car would not pass inspection unless the front rotors and brakes were replaced. They told us it should take 20 minutes, but an hour later, we were still there. 3.5 hours later, and we finally got out of there. The reason we will not return will be because of their one mechanic, Jason, who spent more time screaming obscenities the entire time we were there, instead of doing his job. We are very thankful that he was no longer working on our vehicle after complaining to the staff. We really hope they hire a staff that genuinely likes their job and doesn't scream and cry for their entire shift instead of doing their job like Jason. A big thank you to Daryll for making the experience more pleasant. He is truly a great employee, and we feel sorry that he has to endure the incompetence of Jason's tantrums all day.

Made an appointment for inspection online for the next week. Show up and inspector does not work mon and Fri. Maybe that should be on the site or someone should be reviewing online appointments. In this day and age that should not be an issue

Daryl and the team once again took excellent care of me and my car. He always is kind, genuinely cares and helpful. My husband takes his truck there and my mom comes there because the service is excellent even though there is a location much closer to her! Thank you for making my car tip top!

Major scam. They will break your car on purpose to charge you. Then they falsify a receipt to make it appear as it is your fault for asking for your car to be taken apart. Really scummy way to do business and prey on people they believe they can take advantage of.

I had a great experience at this location. I had a punctured tire that Zack fixed quickly despite that they were about to close. He graciously fixed it with a friendly smile.

Daryl the manager is top notch, but as I was waiting for my tires to be replaced on my truck everyone in waiting room could hear all the garage staff playing super loud music along with continuous laughter and extreme vulgar swearing. Again Daryl is great, but the crew was slow and extremely unprofessional. Not a great way to keep repeat business.

Absolutely awesome on a busy day before Thanksgiving, short staffed and so many customers. Zac and Jay went way beyond expectations. I had a simple nail in my tire, and they got me in and out in less than two hours. Absolutely awesome service and friendly staff under extreme circumstances.

Daryl helped me out at the front desk and was friendly, professional and informative. I only needed 2 tires replaced this time but I will be going back for my other 2 when they need to be replaced. Great customer service and quality tires. He suggested I get my tires aligned because I expressed concern about my steering pulling to the right and it was worth every penny as it's totally centered now!
