Got an alignment done and still was pulling to the right. Needed the car to get to work out of state. Disappointed, and won’t be back. Also wrote up saying I needed 4 shocks when the shocks on the car had less than 500 miles on them? Screams a money grab!

Allie and Flores are great at what they i pass Plenty of mavis's and I recommend this mavis all my friends and family They all work together as a family That's the way it should be. Workers in the back are great, too.

I made an appt to get an inspection and an oil change online. After the appt was confirmed I received a call stating the appt has to be cancelled since the inspector does not work on the day the appt was scheduled. I then made another appt for the same day at this location for that afternoon. When I dropped my car off they told me it would be awhile but it would be done today. Around 5: 30pm right before they closed I received a call stating that the car was not done and that I needed to pick it up. They also told me that they could not do it the following day and I had to reschedule a whole another appt. At the end of the day, I spent 40$ in Uber back and forth to not have my car serviced.

There should be an option for zero stars. A simple patch/plug for one tire should not be a 4 hour wait. Also the attitude on the staff is disgusting. 1000% do not recommend, even in a pinch.

Beyond rude and zero customer service. Had my car for 6 hours and didn't even touch it after telling me it would be done in 1.5-2 hours when I dropped it off. Don’t come here.

Great experience with service and searching out tires for the car. Allie and Flores were a great help.

I came in to get my brakes checked and the asm did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date on where we were in the process, and he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle as well.

Allie is the best I recommend her to all my friends and family. I will not go anywhere else but here she deserves a raise. Hope this goes up to upper management because she works very hard and I am always please with her. She works on my daughters car also. Nobody can ever compare to her. She is the reason why I come to this location I will never go to another shop or any other Mavis I pass a lot of them just to come to her from Lindenhurst to bellmore

I went in for an oil change and inspection (mine you I made an appointment each time). The first red flag should have been when I tried to make an appointment there and 2 times before, the inspector couldn’t do too many inspections or it would flag her license. Second time they were out that day. I guess the third time was the nail in the coffin because when i got there this morning the person at the desk told me I can drop off and go and they would call m.when I said I would just wait (because how long can an oil change, and inspection take) the person told me “oh well our inspector she doesn’t like when people wait”. Ummm im sorry it’s Monday morning, people work, and I live 2 miles I’m not walking back and forth for something that should take an hour tops. After the second hour of waiting my car was finally on the lift and they claimed the oil plug was stripped- i said ok fine I’ll bring it to the dealer. (even though i didn’t know if this was true or not) … and never had an issue before with a 2018 car). After 4 hrs of waiting I finally told them I needed to be at work and i could no longer wait and to please bring my car around. When the bill came and she was just charging me for wipers and not the inspection is when I lost my cool. So I just waited for over FOUR hours and nothing was done! Absolutely disgusting customer service. NEVER EVER AGAIN. STAY FARRRRRRR AWAY FROM MAVIS OF BELLMORE.

We went to this place to change two front tires. The owner/manager told me the price so I left the tires with him however when I came back to pick up my car he charged me more than a hundred dollars above the price he told me before! If he was going to charge me that much from the beginning then he shouldn’t have quoted the wrong price! I wouldn’t have thought twice about going somewhere else. I’m so mad I got scammed by this guy and what’s more, the tires aren’t even of good quality. Never going to come to this place again and I hope everyone else can also be careful when dealing with this shop. They aren’t going to quote the right price and after everything is done, they’ll try to milk you out of your money.
