Mavis Discount Tire, Geneseo NY

Over the past couple weeks I have gotten brake pads and rotors, two new tires and today I did a tire repair with an oil change and I can't express just how great the team is every time I go in there. On a complete side note Josh has worked on my car a couple times now and has done just a phenomenal job.

I will never use this mavis again! I got two “new” tires from them with a mileage warranty of 40,00-50,000 miles i got only 22,000 miles out them, and I rotate my tires every other oil change and had an alignment done in August of this year on my vehicle, I offered to drop off the old tires for them to inspect but they wanted the whole vehicle to check alignment again…: . I’m not wasting my time after their tires didn’t even last the warranted mileage and I just wanted a partial refund since it didn’t even reach bare minimum warranty they refused because they wanted to do another alignment. Never never use them again

The staff went above and beyond to help me find what I needed in my price range so I could get back on the road safely and quickly professional and courteous Jeff and all the staff that I dealt with had the knowledge to advise me and the patience to explain everything to me as well. Excellent service. Quoted me for 4 tires that they had in stock. One tire was mislabeled from the manufacturer, and they did not have an extra. They upgraded all 4 tires to a better tire for no additional cost. Quick and easy. Will always go here for tires.

Last week I found myself in a predicament. I had a huge nail in my tire and was driving around with a flat. I called around and nobody could get me in, but Mavis. I had a great experience here friendly, helpful staff. I had to wait about 15 minutes which was amazing because I had places to be. 10 out of 10 recommend.
