Employee at mavis in Walden told me mavis has a new rule of not changing out a ripped tire out for a spare tire that was in great condition. Why they didn’t tell me this when I scheduled the appointment. Ended up calling mavis in pine push and they were able to get me in and changed out my tire. Does this rule only apply to Walden? Disappointing

Jonathon was great and made sure I got an appointment in no time! Corey and Justin were really knowledgeable and fixed my truck, all were honest and fair and experienced!
This has happened two times - my girlfriend dropped her car off for an oil change and they call her saying she needs hundreds of dollars of work done- BOTH TIMES! And both times were wrong! First time, claimed she needed rear brakes and they were so bad the metal was rubbing and quoted $350 to do the job. I bought the parts for $50 and did the job but the pads were totally fine- barely halfway worn! Second (and last time) was today when they said she needed her struts and shocks replaced because her back tires were wearing unevenly and wanted $900 to do the job. She took it to rapid tire where the tires were installed originally and they looked at the tires and said they were fine. The car only has 66k milage and it's all highway- struts and shocks are totally fine- STOP TRYING TO UPSELL!
