I would have given them 0 stars if I could
Waited over I hr pass my appointed couldn't even get the new tires. Person in front of me was waiting 2 hrs after his appointment three of us got our keys and walked out never once did they ever apologized. I would not recommend this place to no one.ju

Got two tires on my Lexus and an alignment. I scheduled my appointment on line. They were prompt got my car in and out of there, and under an hour. The two gentlemen behind the counter were awesome. I would definitely go back there again. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely amazing. Ryan and Joe was extremely patient and explained all work in detail. Trustworthy.
I will not only recommend, but they have earned a lifetime customer.

after mavis failed to repair 1 flat tire, I took it back 2 days later, thank God Steve was at the counter, he had me in and out in 30 minutes, raised the review from 1 star to 3 stars, iam still upset though, I hope they get it together.

Dropped off my car for 1 flat tire fix appointment, 5 hours later picked it up, next morning what do I find? Same tire still flat. Going back, can't wait to see what adventures this brings,

These guys are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me with my car. I got in immediately after calling and will absolutely be back.
A stark contrast to the Warwick location, who couldn't even grasp the concept of a scheduled appointment.

I've been with mavis in warwick, new york since it opened and I have to tell you that Ryan is the best. Kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.

Amazing service ryan and jt were awesome to deal with, will be back, went back and sadly jt is gone but Ryan is still a pleasure to deal with.

Great experience! From the moment Ryan greeted me at the door, to the fast acurrate diagnosis from Steve. I was pleasantly surprised at their automotive excellence!

I got my first flat tire Friday late at night and had my spare donut put on my car to get myself an hour away to home. The next day on a Saturday afternoon, I went to Warwick Mavis and was greeted and assisted immediately. They repaired the tire quickly and removed the donut and replaced with the repaired tire. The donut was put back in the truck location and secured properly, but I wasn't expecting them to put the trunk cover and pieces back in place, which was so kind and helpful. While I waited in the waiting area as the rain came down, I heard how helpful, kind and attentive Adam and Ryan were to everyone not just me. Thank you for the great service.

Long story, but suffice to say that RYAN, the young manager at the Rt. 94 Warwick store is a top shelf employee! He was very pleasant to deal with and resolved a small problem we had quickly and to my great satisfaction! They/he will be getting any of my tire business from here on in!

Warwick Mavis is the go to spot! They got me out of jam when my tire blew out. The floating Manger Peter, put my worries to bed as soon as I walked in!

Years back, I went here with my boyfriend because he needed an oil change on his jeep. The one only day he could do it was in a Sunday. He made an appointment for 10am. We dropped off his car at 10am. We killed time at the price chopper next door. By around 12: 30 we walked back to check on the process and they didn’t even take his car in yet! But they helped all the walk-ins with problem that whole time. They wasted our morning and a chance to get his oil changed that week. He told them to give him his keys back so we could leave because he had to go to work soon. They said that he was next. After 2 1/2 hours after the 10 o’clock APPOINTMENT? I don’t think so. When you make an appointment for a specific time, that service should start at that time right? We never went back. They also over tighten bolts with automatic tools and make it harder to remove for the next time. The next shop he went to showed him how bad that bolt was over tightened for the oil tank, and he wanted to it show an automotive class on how NOT to tighten bolts! So they don’t care as long as they get paid obviously. I brought my car there once before this happened, but we will never go here again. Not even for tire related jobs.

Came today and love the energy of the atmosphere. Ryan greeted me right way got me in and out. Love the service from the whole team.

Made an appointment for an oil change for noon. Came back an hour later they didn't even look at my truck yet. What is the point of making an appointment. I could change my own oil in an hour.

I love this location. I’ve been to other Mavis stores, but this one has Ryan running it, and other stores don’t. Not only is he handsome, but he’a very knowledgable, passionate, and caring. The techs and Jay are also quite warm and welcoming. Warwick Mavis is a nice place to leave your car for the day, and I’m glad to have left behind a piece of myself there too. Definitely coming back when needed

First time in history I went here and didn't get bullied into $10000000 of extra services. Staff was nice and I was out of there in less than an hour!

Appointments mean nothing. Even though they take them, its always been first come first serve. Very frustrating if you need to get to work.

Great value with honest mechanics and service managers. Thank you Ryan for getting me in and out so quickly! And also such a thorough front end check is what I appreciate! You guys do it every time! I'll be back!
