UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES!
Yesterday I purchased 4 new tires for my Durango that has 76k miles BUT the manager recorded my mileage at 70k on my receipt. So essentially this means that my warranty is void as I’m driving off their premises.
I Noticed the mistake called him today but he was difficult to speak to about it and passed the blame on to someone else, even though it was he who recorded the mileage. Ultimately After a slew of excuses, he told me to contact corporate as he was unwilling or unable to change it. Don’t you think HE should have called corporate to straighten this out instead of me?
Steer clear of this place or at least watch out for their mistakes. Additionally, mechanics in the shop should not be leaning on my car while it’s being serviced. Lots of Horseplay in the shop too.

I waited 20 mins for somebody to come out and tend to me which didn't happen. Another customer who waa also waiting behind me after we both got upset and left bc nobody ever came to the front desk. Told me a better place to get my service done. Terrible no service

Took my truck to get a headlight changed and they said it was an electrical issue that they couldn’t fix, I take it to another mechanic and they switch out the bulb and it works perfectly so either the mechanics at mavis were too lazy to take apart my jeeps headlight housing or they have no idea what they’re doing and shouldn’t be working on cars in the first place

Quick service. Honest service.

I bought 215/55vr17 good year tire two weeks back for 170$ including taxes at Mavis discount tires located in Melville. When I called these guys they gave me a quote of 210$ when I asked to breakdown the charges the guy working there simply said the price is including taxes. I explained him clearly the internet price shows 170$ (including tax and computer balance package) without answering any further he simply disconnected the call and I called him back thinking the call got dropped and when he realized I was the previous caller he just disconnected the call. This is really irritating and completely not acceptable.
