Did not reinstall valve caps and cores basically fell apart 2 months later. Also, I wouldn't trust these positive reviews, as Mavis called me every day for like a week trying to get me to change my last one.

Manager Scott is one of the most knowledgeable in this field. He clearly explains everything. Best service you could imagine.

I showed up on a busy Saturday without an appointment with a nail in my tire. Despite being fully booked for the day, they took in my car and plugged the tire before I had to get on the highway. All the employees were friendly and never made me feel like I was making their day more challenging. I truly appreciate that kind of customer service!

Scott was very knowledgeable & helpful with getting my car in to fix a nail in my tire. Also, set up me up quickly for an appointment the next day. Great service at vestal mavis tire!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOUR ON A TIME SENSITIVE SCHEDULE DROPPED MY CAR OFF BEFORE NOON FOR 4 TIRES. SUPPOSE TO BE DONE AT 4 BECAUSE I HAVE TO WORK AT 5 AND 4: 30 COMES ALONG AND ITS JUST BEING DONE.

Most honest mechanics in the area, bar none. And they're great at what they do. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable. If you get work done there, you can rest assured, it's all that needed to be done and that it'll get done right. Highly recommended, except after this review it'll be harder to get an appointment. They are consistently honest to me, so this is my reciprocation.

Needed new muffler and pipes. Old Muffler was installed 11 years ago, and had a lifetime competitor warrantee which Mavis honored. Replacement exhaust system was installed quickly at a completive price.

Fast friendly service, prices lower than others in the area, no attempts to upsell me. While inwas waiting for my car to be done, saw one of the managers fighting for one of the other customers repairs to be covered by warranty as it hasn't been a year since the same service had been done. Not something you see anymore these days.

Went in for Oil Change and Inspection, over 2hr later, looking over bill asked where inspection was, goes and ask, comes back with "Oh the printer is down". Why would I waste 2hrs here if you couldn't of done the inspection. Store isn't clean, not heated properly. Manger didn't seem to care that I waited 2hrs for something that couldn't of been done. Will never go to a Mavis again.

Best prices, very competitive. Friendly expert service. Low pressure sales; clean high tech facility. Quality products. I will continue to be a very satisfied repeat customer.

It’s a great place and has some really great workers. But some of the women that go there need to realize that some, if not most of those guys working there are married and it’s not a hook-up site. Other than that, I felt like it was a great place overall.

I was really impressed with the speed of the service. But don’t leave anything in your car, as people who work there will steal it.

I paid for four new tires, four new valves, one was leaking, for my1500 silverado.

They replaced only two of the valves and did not do the re learn of the tire pressure sensors, which it is a safety issue.

When I went back to tell them, the manager did not offer an apology or even to change the other two valves. All he did was offer me a free oil change and that was it.

He said, the tire pressure sensors re learn procedure was extra because it takes a long time to do.

How about replacing the wheel exactly back from where it came from so as not to have to do the re learn procedure. How about since they do have those diagnostic little computers doing a re learn of the tire pressure sensors takes five minutes.
Most of all, How about having some pride in the work one does and taking some responsibility.

The tires were placed and balanced properly.

Why would I trust them to do the oil change. They may not replace the oil filter entirely or use the correct oil for my truck.

I am going to another placed and watch them like a Hawk.

Great store, great staff. Rob is the best, he always fixes my issue at a fair price, his customer service is exceptional as well. Every time I visit this location, Rob makes sure that I am helped right away and he always get my car in right away.

Changed my tires on a very snowy night even though I showed up at the last minute with no appointment. Quick and friendly service!

I dont have a problem with this place. They are wildly understaffed so you need to be patient. Drop it off, they try to maximize work which alwsys means they take roo many. My problem is with these guys are overworked and understaffed clearly.

The tire service was good but they left at least 5 oil marks on our upholstery that we had to have cleaned!

As always, this crew works very well for customer's satisfaction. Great service, trustworthy, reliable and priced reasonably.

I should've gone to work for Mavis Tire. Salesman first, thief second, mechanic third.

Went in for an inspection on my meticulously maintained car, and they tell me that it FAILED because the "pads are almost entirely worn through and shocks are blown out". They walked me into the shop to show me what they were talking about, and showed me pads and shocks (that were totally fine). Saying things like "See all of this residue? That's all oil, there's nothing left in the shock. " (It was brake dust), and "Look at this pad, mostly worn through, and leaving marks on the rotor.you should get new rotors, too. " (Pads were just put on new one year ago, and were hardly worn at all) LIIISTEN, thieves, I'm no dummy.you're not gonna take advantage of me by trying to force an upsell on an inspection because you're holding my "failed inspection" car hostage. I won't be going back.

Couldn't ask for better service. Too a utility tractor to them with a tube. They did the job quick and for less money than the tractor service shop!
