16Popped in for hot cocoa. We ordered the Aztec (spicy) and marshmallow and picked up some chocolates as gifts. Overall, it was a perfect place to warm up and, while the marshmallow chocolate wasn't anything special, the Aztec was interesting and delicious.
The vibe of the place is upbeat and energetic, coupled with the dessert choices- this place is a great place to spend an evening in. Pistachio milkshake is the best thing I’ve ever had- one time it wasn’t as pistachio-ey and they were kind enough to bring out a new one when I pointed it out. Wait is usually minimal, if any, and the staff is kind & attentive.
Had the milk chocolate thick Italian hot chocolate as a takeaway - it was super rich, more like a dessert but I loved it. Need a sweet tooth for this
This place is so cute especially for a date night. I had on a date and had another hot chocolate in the time market in Brooklyn and it was so awful that my date brought me here and the hot chocolate was so thick and wonderful and the service was great.
As others have said, the hot chocolate tastes like watery supermarket brand. Plus, it was exceededingly oily and gross.
Just Wooooow for everything there!
If you love chocolate you'll be crying from the beauty of that!
I love this place to if you are a huge sweets lover or if you want to take some kids out. I used to go there when i was a kid but now as a vegan is challenging.
Food was disappointing and cold, or at least not hot. And half the order wasn't delivered for a while cus it had been forgotten. Was busy so maybe that was thw issue, but felt turned and burned not welcomed or relaxed.

The burge4 was the highlight of the dining experience. Service was slow. Ordered coffee to have with the fondue. The fondue was 30 min late, coffee came after we were done. Very little Chocolate for the fondue, don't let the pictures fool you, it's probably 3 tablespoons. The hot chocolate is very disappointing. The pizza is not good at all and why are there tomato pieces in the mac and cheese? ! Lol. Sever was nice but overwhelmed.
Sorry but the food took a while to get out and unfortunately my wife and I wanted to have a nice meal but we ended up having food poisoning from the chicken Alfredo pasta. We have had this dish before but this time it sent my wife and I to the hospital. We were trying to celebrate our anniversary but ended up having to go to the ER with my wife who is pregnant. Her family had a diffrent meal, only my wife and I had the pasta and got us really sick. I will not be returning to this restaurant anymore
Great place to spend quality time. Great chocolate varieties and my daughter loved being there.highly recommended
We had a truly wonderful and special experience there for a 16th birthday dinner. Jamel was our waiter during a crazy busy and hectic time and he could not have made it more incredible! The food was spectacular but THE SERVICE was second to none… the folks hustle and care so much about everything you need and how you feel: it was such a pleasure!
This place is perfect to take kids for a fun choc fondue date. All of the choc we had was very good. The food, anything that wasn’t choc.was lackluster and borderline pretty bad. The atmosphere is comparable to TGI Fridays and the service was pretty terrible but our server as a person was super cool. Overall, if you love choc and don’t need frills, this is your place.
We've been going regularly and so happy business is booming. Food is good. The one bummer is that portions are getting smaller and smaller. We went last night and were stipple hungry after our meal!
Use to love the place but the food and service is not the same anymore. Milkshake was warm and hot chocolate was not hot at all. Steak was tough and pancakes were wayyyyy to sweet. They took away our drinks without asking if we’re finished. Probably won’t be going back any more.
