It was fantastic when we installed a new heat pump and furnace. When our furnace went out, we first spoke with Regis to discuss our options, and he was great. Wonderful and very instructive. Ensured that we were aware of all of our options without pressuring us to take any action. When Dan, Tony, and Reece arrived to install the heat pump and furnace, they were very considerate of our home and space. Since I work from home, it was extremely important to me that I could continue to function throughout their entire visit. Dan was the main person I talked to, and he made sure I understood everything and was very nice throughout the entire experience. These people are the ones to call if you need any services!

Phil was a pleasure to work with. We had our hot water heater and our heating system replaced. The price was very reasonable and Phil was able to get both done in a day. He also noticed our switch for the heating system wasn't in the best shape so he went out and got a new light switch to install for us. He really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. I can't recommend him enough!

We had a pre-summer maintenance check of the AC units. He remembered the previous visit and made sure to review what had been done. Most recently, the company installed missing vents. I have been more than pleased with my air conditioner replacement that was safely and efficiently accomplished in one day. I was particularly gratified with the effort the technician made to use more than sufficient care and PPE when working inside the house. This gave me a lot of peace of mind. Jeff was professional, courteous and friendly. We discussed the issues with our A/C unit and thermostat. He explained necessary steps to troubleshoot the problem before doing anything.
