Don’t go here! I used to love it…. But now they are shysters! Even if you feel they did not do a good job they want you to tip them big! I even saw them do it to an old woman made her feel ashamed for not tipping enough. They act all nice, but they just want you to let your guard down so they could screw you in the end. Horrible place don’t go! I never write bad reviews but they have to be put in their place and learn how to appreciate their customers. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They went down hill after COVID. My past 3 manicures chipped the next day, I think it's because file your nails AFTER they are finished. They all do it. Each time I go (within 4-6 weeks) they have raised their prices. Unfortunately I don't have the time to keep going back the day after to have them fix my nails.

Maxy nails is a good nail salon. Michelle I feel is the best nail tech there. The reason for the 2 stars is I had a negative experience with Gina she didn’t do a proper pedicure for me that I payed for when I said “regular pedicure” she just painted my toe nails, did not do the washing and scraping of feet, nor the massage. Every time I went there and paid that price I got a proper pedicure. I also was not a fan of Gina’s fill in gel manicure as my nail chipped 1 hour later. Prices are not consistent from one nail tech from another for example, I paid $70 for a regular pedicure and a fill in and the next time I went with a different nail tech it was $99. Also, they ask for tips there which is very inappropriate.
