I was a customer for five years. Like any relationship STAFF was pleasant and although the prices were a little higher than their competitors I valued the locality and their professionalism. The last two years were horrible. Three times they forgot or just didn't order my contact refills. Then they forced me to pay in full prior to receiving my contacts. The last straw
was I was informed that there was an increase by $15 dollars for the contacts however when I went to pick up my contacts, I was told that there was an additional $15.00 due. Talk about price gouging! SHAME ON YOU! You people lost a dedicated customer.
