McCarren Park Track reviews
15This park always puts a smile on my face, so many different activities to do year round. If you like roller skating, running, swimming volleyball, soccer just to name a few activities.or maybe you like to sit with family & friends enjoying the weather while sipping on a amazing drink.this offers that and more.
My favorite track to run in the city. Great atmosphere. I wish they had bathrooms though, but I still prefer it to the LES track
Great diversity of people, fun for people watching and various activities, running, yoga, workouts etc has become more active in the summer of 2022, more people seem to be using the track and soccer fields, groups practicing sprints, individuals working. Inspiring place if you want to kick up your workouts a notch
Beautiful part where this clip was filmed… if you want to see the full episode of -Adopted ep 105 Back to School-
Wonderful park with a track, tennis cts, a climbing gym, an outdoor workout area, and a bar!
Park is very clean. Amenities for humans to exercise are available. On the overall ratings from 1 to 5 i give it 5
One of my favorite tracks in NYC (though there aren't that many). Great opening hours and friendly patrons.
One of the best parts about Williamsburg. The clientele at this track are wholesome, friendly, and fun. Kick a ball, run the track, or go to meet some pups. Whatever your heart desires, McCarren will have it.
Great location. I am here for the NYC Marathon and come from. Back at home we don't have these kind of public tracks. They are great benefit for public health and the ambiance of NY. Wish we had the same in Germany.
Nothing like fall weather running. Track was super slippery today. And not to mentioned balls and beautiful bottoms were every. With a nice squeaky noise of foot steps of track shoes not bed springs. (Voice New Reporter)
A great asset to North Williamsburg. The track is rubber bound surface, so easier on the joints. Local running clubs often meet here, but it's open to all.
Nice and cool early in the morning. Wasn't too crowded yet. Many people jogging and walking around the track. Also some people staking their claims to prime areas of the park for their labor day BBQ'S. And also the regulars setting up soccer nets for soccer games etc.
Would have given 5 stars except that in one if the hottest summers, most of the water fountains/sprinklers are bot working. Water pressure so low, water drips out making them useless. What is going on? You have teams of adults and children playing sports and people running yet no water for them to cool off on 90+ degree days.
This is nice big park with two sides. You come n BBQ with the built in grills at anytime. The other side of the park has a nice bar to hang out with your friends and drink.
Such a beautiful place. I can't understand why people would leave their trash when they leave. Can you imagine someone left cigarette butts on the green soccer field? So disrespectful, inconsiderate, and lowlife.
