I have been with McCarthy Insurance for over 15 years. I use them for my personal as well for my Business. They look out for me. They check regularly for rates I’m paying and if a better options, we discuss it.

Their staff is second to none. They are friendly and extremely helpful. When I’ve requested documents they are very prompted. The thing which sets them aside from other insurance agency is when you call a person in their Office answers and is helpful and if don’t have an answer someone gets back to you.

I’ve never considered switching and never would. Bill and his staff is awesome.

Was a loyal customer for many years, then when I switched to another company for a better rate for my family, Laura and Michelle in the office were extremely rude and unhelpful to me and I was charged for an extra month after cancellation of policy and told there was “nothing they could do” Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.

For getting insurance this is the best place. The staff is great. They are always looking out for the customer and in that way have saved me alot of money. Get this a helpful person answers calls. None of the usual automated systems. Just friendly service.
