McDonald's, New York NY

Just a suggestion, hire employees that speak and understand English. This was the only McDonald's I've been to in NY that doesn't substitute a folded egg for a round egg smh. I don't eat that egg out the box so to know I can't switch it Def was upsetting and I highly recommend not going to this McDonald's. SERIOUSLY!

Serves food fast at all hours and has a great location. Cleaned regularly so i rarely notice any trash.

The place is clean and everything except the service is bad and sometimes they give u the wrong order

This is the worst McDonalds ever. I was the only one in the restaurant and still they proceeded to take over 30mins for one small order

The food is good as usual but the staff can be a little more professional, especially in the evening shift, they stand around chatting in Spanish instead of there job

The service was terrible didn't get no ketchup no napkins they got my order wrong they forgot something we just a disaster

Customer service is dead at Mc Donalds. Their kiosk system has given the team carte Blanche to be dismissive and rude

I love McD's breakfast, however, they sometimes can not except credit card payments at the cashier so you're obligated to use the kiosk for orders and payments. Furthermore with this issue the kiosk cannot except coupons or some of the discounted offerings!

I hate this McDonald’s location, it’s always dirty and mismanaged! It’s like it’s being operated by children no one knows what they’re doing! The best thing about this restaurant is the electronic kiosks you can place an order faster this way than talking to one of their cashiers and also eliminate the window for error from their misunderstanding! Fix it please!

Its good but terribly workers i asked for 2 apple pies i got one and i asked for barbeque sauce and got none eather

You make your order you pay for it and then they take your order and so they will aren't making it 20 minutes later, let's BOYCOTT this place! We need a white castle in this area, because they are the fastest fast food restaurants anywhere and they keep them clean.

I waited 15 minutes for some over fried salty fries. The floor was so sticky and the tables were dirty.

Had to stop for quick bite. Food was average. Restaurant was generally ok. Bathroom really needed a good cleaning. Maybe with some dynamite and a power washer. If the bathroom is dirty, it brings the rating down.
