Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
20It's McDonald's you know what you're getting when you come here however the one by my house has rats so I actually would rather take the walk to here to order food so they get 4 stars
The cashier did not want to personalize my quarter pounder. I cann see if I was new to this. But I actually was a McDonald's Cashier in three different McDonald's. And I know for a fact that she can personalize it. And she did offer me the chance purchase a dessert or shake or a beverage. That is not the policy for McDonald's. It was very disappointing. They do not train there employees correctly at this location. This place is in New York, New York on the corner of East 96th street and second Ave. Over the years it's been getting terrible.
Some of the staff needs to be more aware of how they speak to customer, on 7/4/21 around 10: 12am I placed my order on one of the kiosk, a simple order a McGriddle n an ice coffee. About 10 minutes later still waiting for my order while other customers that placed their order after me, were serve their order before me. I saw what seems to be my order on the counter next to two other orders, at this point the order was there for about 5+ minutes. I asked what I’m guessing was the manager on duty if order 604 was ready, she reply with no empathy and condescending tone “no that order it’s not ready, there’s those 3 order in front of yours”, not even 30 Sencod passed when the next staff member politely handed me the order that I saw seating on the counter for 5+ minutes. The fact that she (acting manager) didn’t show no sign of empathy whatsoever, makes me question if she understands how important it is to value their customers. A simple “ give me a second and I’ll check “ would’ve been enough for me to not be upset at the lack of value and appreciation for the customers that she displayed. At least the order was correct for that I give them a 1 start but the customer service needs some sharpening for sure.
This place is just bad. The staff seem more interested in chatting it up than actually taking care of customers. The place was dirty. The floor was wet and sticky. Really needs more work and care for their customers.
Not bad but Orders got messed up for me too many times. Also, bit into Egg shells left in the Egg McMuffins several times!
Biggest problem here is the rowdy, often-homeless customer base which are always causing disruptions. The staff are nice, the place seems reasonably clean, but the odd clientele and the slow service make you remember that you're in a McDonald's.
Employee talked to and allowed panhandler to solicit customers inside the store. They close the upstairs at later hours
Excellent spot on 3rd Ave. Also, their outlets actually work so you can charge your phone. Incredible
It's always so loud in there with homeless people trying to be panhandlers begging for a dollar
NOT family friendly.to many drug abuser's.
Only some workers speak English.
Never clean.
A little scary.
Worst customer service ever. That Spanish old lady need to get social security and stay home. Facts.
Some mornings they are good, but some like today they arent, i felt very disrespected and felt it was a bother for the runner to get my food. I understand that it can get busy but having a bad attitude is no excuse
Biting into a Big Mac produces a near perfect synthesis of textures and flavours. The three stage bun is a thing of beauty and wonder.
I have mixed feelings about this place it's a hit or miss with this location late night crew is better then the day crew everything is fresh at Night
I don't frequent Micky D's much but I've been here maybe 3-4 times or so. There are much better, cleaner, and friendlier McDonald locations you can visit.
Nice place for a quick bite to eat. They have a nice variety of food and coffee, which coffee any size 99 cents. It's McDonalds, been around forever.
The store was clean but the employees forgot our orders twice and were sarcastic and using their phones. This place needs better staff less gossip and more working would help
I like this Mickey D's. I had an issue with an order and the staff was quickly to fix the situation. The tip is to be friendly to the staff and they'll easily be curious to your situation. Thank you guys!
Always crowded and the ordering machines at the front never work properly so you inevitably always have to end up ordering at the counter (like the good old days). But then again, it's McDonald's, so you what do you expect.their food is universal, so you're gonna get the same quality here as anywhere else.
Used the automated ordering system in the front, which replaced a lot of the downstairs seating. I miss that they had the movie theater style drink dispenser. Hours of operation I have gotten conflicting answers from staff, but when I went there late Saturday it was closed
