The service person was on point with our order the wait time was long long And as paying customers we were not allowed to access the restroom even with a receipt that gives you a combination to the door of the restroom very disappointing.

Worse micky d ever. Ice coffee order to sweet to drink. 2.89 on trash. Bacon under cooked.bacon in trash. No sense complaining girl in charge is overwhelmed

Clean, efficient and quick. Didn't really get to interact with the staff since ordering is done through automated kiosks.

Twice I ordered from this place on Uber Eats and both times they don’t put fries in my orders.

I got the mango/pineapple drink it was awesome. But the food still sucks. So I'm not giving them anything about 3 until I see improvements in the menu.

Something is always missing. Fries are cold. Missing apple pies. No peanuts for Sundae or a spoon. Water for kids meal missing. Orders take am extra 15-35 minutes even an hour. I've had my last 2 orders delivered 40 plus minutes after schedule time with missing items.

Cool food! Good service! I always come here for lunch. I like that the food is always fresh and the atmosphere is good in the restaurant.

The woman at the counter was just awful bitter and obnoxious. We all have bad days, but all I did was ask for a snack-wrap.
Can’t even blame her, the root is poor management and complacency to put her up front.

Too many bums, drug addicts and homeless hang out here. Every time I come here always something asking for change. The food is garbage. The rest rooms aren't clean. Need to shape up.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Staffs are very respectful and accommodating. Food is always fresh and delicious. Excellent service.

My friend and I ordered McDonald's through UberEats and this was the McDonald's that our order was picked up from. We ordered a Big Mac, 2 Quarter pounders, 2 fries, 2 drinks and a 20 piece nuggets. When ordering on the app it told us to select 3 sauces for the nuggets. We chose 2 sweet and sour and 1 bbq. When the food arrived we found McDonald's did not include any condiments. No sauce for the nuggets and not even ketchup for the fries. I didn't even touch my nuggets and fries because I don't like to eat it without sauce and only ate my Big Mac. I would not recommend anybody order McDonald's from Uber eats if you're around this area unless you don't care about condiments.

Has the worst customer service.the employees espoecially the supervisors are disgusting and they don't have any common sense

The night crew is usually really good, never a crazy wait. But alot of homeless people outside and in dining area

Their service is unique! The snvirinmd t is calm and you can order your food inside the fast food and your number will just be called that your food ois tray! Pronto!

Extremely slow service even though we ordered at the kiosk. Over crowded with people waiting for their orders. Monday, August 13 At 645 PM waited until 730pm for order.

Was waiting for my food and they served someone before me but I placed my order 1st. A burger and fries. Next customer ordered more stuff than me. She got hers 1st. Smh.

2-11-17: Heading to airport and stopped to get coffee at 6: 06 am. Doors locked. Told by one employee although it opens at 6: 00 am, manager got in late and they are not ready. Really! This is the management you have here. Left and pick up my breakfast at Dunkin Donuts across the street on 5th Avenue.

Pretty Clean, both kiosk and cashiers available. Supposedly have braille and deaf friendly menus.
