It's great however stupid people at drive through fighting to get in a lane. Next time I'll be sure to bring my boxing gloves.

Worst McDonald's in queens they don't care about people in the front drive thru is everything there will be like 4 people inside the store and we'll all have to wait like 30 minutes for food Management is terrible

Parking can be a little intimidating for some. Had to assist a few drivers get out if their parking spot.

There's little courtesy from other frustrated drivers on a sunny, busy, very hot, holiday weekend I guess.

Crowed, the drive thru collapse and they were short on personal.real kitchen madness, poor workers.

If this is in Howard Beach. Service is too slow, always gets order mixed up. Needs improvement.

It was slow crowded and unclean very rude staff and wouldn't serve us breakfast when it was 10: 20 am

The place is no longer here! It’s a hot day and I was dying for a cup of mocha frappe and I drive 15 mins and it’s not here! U kidding me? You couldn’t post that it’s closed? Smh

Can't get an order right cold food. Even the microwave doesn't want to work.boo hiss. Come on people. Concentrate. You can do this. Let's get at least one order right today.

Cold burritos. Come on McDonald's step up I can get a 99-cent Burger anywhere it's the customer service that makes one place stand out better than another step it up McDonald's step it up

One of the slowest McDonalds on earth. Incompetent lifeless zombie employees are too slow. Weird people love to wait on this pathetic excuse for a McDonald's drive thru line. Notice how nobody from this McDonalds even lives in Howard Beach? They only want to hire people from other neighborhoods who simply don't care about doing a good job. Maybe the boss treats the employees unfairly. Nobody will ever know why this McDonalds is the worst on earth.

This is the worst Mcdonald i've been to. The staff are lazy and slow. Waited 30 minutes for a meal and there were only 2 customers inside including me and 2 cars I the drive thru. Another time i waited for my nuggets for 15mins. This place is horrible. They need to fire most of their employees or get better training. I will never go back to this place again and i live in the area. Terribly sloooooooow service.

It's fast food and I get it. The drive through is the worst. I completed a survey and even wrote to them about the rude manner in which the young lady demanded drivers to pull their car out to the street to take other order. Mind you, after I waited 20 minutes and they took my money.the young lady was nasty. I gave one star because the guy who provided me my order was friendly and professional. Change the manager and you change the attitudes.

Specifically ordered a decafinatted coffee because of bad reactions to full on caffienated drinks. Stated clearly to the person ordering that I would like a decaf coffee and instead I had gotten a large caffienated coffee which worsened my anxiety disorder making me lose a nights worth of sleep and increased anxiety symptoms. Awful service.

This is my worst experience with McDonald's. The clerks didn't want to give me my receipt, flipped my receipt many times, and offered me a wrong order. No apology.

I'm giving this place three stars because well it's McDonald's it's not exactly a five-star dining experience. McDonald's is McDonald's the food is what it is there are times when the weight on line at this location is a bit crowded but the servers that I've dealt with over the years have been really nice the place is clean.

WiFi is really horrible here, it's off most of the time. I think the servers are fried or unplugged. It's really not worth stopping here. Weirdos and creeps constantly hanging out here, some are mentally ill people who tend to wander in and harrass and steal and toss customers computers and phones who are minding they're own business. The staff need to seriously get they're S#¡t together here or mgmt should fire everyone. Or maybe it's the owners fault. Anyway I'm done with this place.

Whoever runs the drive thru needs to be more professional and attentive to orders. Very unprofessional and multiple missing items on receipt that i ordered. Employees seem lazy and non caring. I understand it's a fast food restaurant but do your job correctly or don't have a job at all.

Very slow! They made the person in front of me wait until there was no customers at the pick up window to take his order! The cashier was actually very nice! If not I would give them 1 star! Thanks!

Always a long line in drive through, the staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you drive to the order area, I asked 5 times is someone is there and when I got a response to take my order no one said anything. A few minutes later I heard him say hold on. I thought this was fast food?
