McDonald's, New York NY

This McDonalds is the nastiest McDonald’s ever, every time I order them on Uber eats they send the food any type of way … sometimes raw, sometimes cold, and sometimes nothing of what I asked for. This morning they sent me all my breakfast sandwiches raw slimy bacon which we spent over 50 dollars on Uber eats I legit hate them.

Ordered via Uber eats and the last 3 orders I keep getting things messed up. This time an entire order of fries was missing.

Frappe was like water
Very disappointed
Typically when I’m around here the drinks are ok
Cookies were warm and fresh though.

Okay sometime really packed not enough registers and the kiosk machinesbrarely have receipts Which makes it difficult to figure out your order besides that the food is hot and good when your really hungry for a quick bite

IT was very busy didn't have everything you wanted service was so slow only giving it 2 stars because it was clean nd the cashier was nice

Got 2 happy meals wasn't happy about it ketchup on the outside of the boxes didnt put my apple slices in her either box pissed off I have to walk back with my hungry kids

I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location. Your team member Cinnamon isn't fit to work in a dungeon the manager on site was entirely unhelpful. I don't recommend anyone patronizing this location it is an absolute atrocity. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Big upgrade from the old mc donalds had to take away a star though because the last time I was there I got kicked out by security for having a Burger King bag. Guess I couldn't have a BK burger and mc donalds fries

Overpriced, little seating and no way of getting a seat at lunch. Food quality was fine and cleanliness was remarkable. That woman keeps the place clean.

Sucks always dope addict's here I can never go in her with my husband and baby and eat in peace u have druged up people falling asleep at the tables talking loud and they barely have space and most of the staff is rude they never have anything drinks or meats how the hell do mc donalds runout of stuff!

Not the best food served here and the coupon scanning doesn't work sometimes but there is a place to sit down and a bathroom. It's just like any other McD

I was ate my food of big mac burger at last out of my mouth had a piecez of grey hair.im not advised anyone visit here again or ill with my boyfriend

Awkward space for making lines and ordering food. Service is fairly quick but my last visit they had no ice cream: (

It's ok unless if you want ice cream that is. They sometimes don't have what I want and there aren't that many seats. It isn't very clean and I got my jacket dirty. I sugget you go to another McDonald's.

I didnt like the service.they took long to open the restroom for someone.and they said we have to show ticket to use the restroom and other they just let them go use it.

And the security it not there available he was the one with keys to the restroom he was no where to be find they took to open the restroom for aleast one hour. THE SUCK.

Horrible service, staff was rude and rolling her eyes. The place full of people nodding and monopolizing the restroom so that actual customers could not use it.

Staff was nice.only downside is that there's only one unisex restroom with one toilet, so I had to wait a good while to use it. Other than that, it was your typical McD's.

Aweful customer service from everyone, cold food and slow services. Dislike this place to the max but close to home.

Too many people loitering. They buy one cup of coffee or juice then sit there indefinately. Talking loud and taking up space.

THIS McDonald's RESTAURANT (FAST FOOD) IS A VERY GOOD, WARM, CLEAN AND ATTRACTIVE TO BOTH TOURISTS (THOUSANDS) AND LOCAL RESIDENTS. HOWEVER, THE REGIONAL MGRS MUST STOP OFFENDING AND SHOCKING THEIR EXTREMELY LOYAL PATRONS BY ALLOWING SOMEONE IN THAT STORE TO PLAY COMPLETELY UNFILTERED RAP MUSIC REPLETE WITH UNREPEATABLE AND EXTREMELY LOUD EXPLETIVES DELETED.
