McDonald's, Brooklyn NY

Food was good but really wanted a milkshake and they didn't have it. My only reason to go to McDonald's was for the milkshake no Mickey D's have milkshakes come on.now.forreal.

Smelly homeless guy standing in and right outside of this place. Where the line actually started wasn’t clear and people were waiting on the wrong line for the kiosk when really they wanted to place a traditional order. I ordered only a milkshake and waited almost 10 mins. I told one of the workers and waited another 5 minutes and then finally my # was called. Slow service and very seems unorganized. Think I’ll pass on this location in the future.

Cashier was nice, friendly and polite. Servers wasn't. Ignored customers although it wasn't busy

This is very very very bad I wait in drive thru more than 40 min please keep away from this one this is very baddddff

The employees are sweet & helpful, the food comes out hot & fresh here from my experience, I also work Doordash and get my orders reasonably quick here. Theres never been a mass crowd of couriers waiting their orders, the employees here seem to keep things moving smoothly which I appreciate.

Wait time was longer than expected and nuggets were undercooked. Not a good experience for my children.

This was the worst experience ever! First off the manager was very, very rude and obnoxious. Whilst i dont want to take bread from anyone's mouth something needs to be done differently to ensure organized and speedy service! Granted, I guess its stressful working in a busy environment but nevertheless professionalism and courtesy should be exercised at all times. I made a online line order at about 2: 15 left the store at 2: 50 no food! With a hungry child waiting in the car! Oh and the new and improved model is not working out to well at this particular store. Need associates on the floor to direct customers.

Chicken sandwich, french fries, coffee and mc flurry are good for me over here. Sometimes you need that mc Donald's bite. Fiyr me it's not as often but I do enjoy it with friends after a night out in town

Terrible on Fulton & Kingston the service is lousy. Waited 15 minutes for fries. Yhs employees was busy laughing and talking with each other. They didn't even have on gloves while getting the fries. Won't be going back there.

This place steals. We ordered through Uber Eats, paid for our meal and when our Uber driver arrived they refused to fulfill our order. They stole our money and offered no refund. We have reported them. Stay away from this location. It should be shut down.

Since they renovated this McDonald's on Fulton and Throop Avenue that atmosphere is very very appetizing. Gracious space to sit down and eat your food which by the way is a very clean and delicious place to eat. I give it a five-star.

This has got to be the slowest McDonalds in Brooklyn so if you are in a rush do not, I Repeat DO NOT come here. This was my 2nd time and had to wait in the drive through line for about 40 mins. Ridiculous

It's odd because if ur eating at McDonald's ur not really looking for great quality food, u want something cheap and quick. Problem is that there is nothing quick about this particular store. The management has failed to train the staff who blatantly just don't care. They move around at a snail's pace and when you ask a question it's as if you're bothering them. Zero customer service and some of the worst employees and management I have ever seen with my own eyes. It's sad for whoever owns this restaurant. Their staff is losing them money. I watched at least 12 people walk out of this location tired of waiting. It took me 15 minutes to get a very simple value meal that I ordered at the kiosk. That's sad.

They're fully staffed and fully inefficient. They always seam angry to be here and if there is a manager on duty, it doesn't show.

If it wasn't for my niece, i would've left. They need to close this place. Has been horrible for years.

Terrible service, long wait time, staff ignores you and they always, literally always, get my order wrong or forget something.

I ordered a drink it took over 15 minutes for someone to stop ignoring me and to give me my order.

I wish ai could give a negative 5 star rating but I can't. I waited 45 minutes for a burger I couldn't eat. The people working their will ignore you are extremely rude and nasty. They should really not hire people who hate to do their jobs the right way. Disgusting!

They were closed at 2am and refused to serve me as a walk-in, after waiting half an hour in line, from the drive-thru although they've clearly stated that the place stays open 24/7.
