McDonald's, Jamaica NY

Burger was a mess the fries was cold and barely cooked bag all crumpled up, only thing good about what I ordered was the iced coffee

They are always busy but the staff is very friendly, and service is speedy when you use the app. Would definitely recommend

TODAY 20/24/2021 AT AROUND 4-5PM I CAME FROM BROOKLYN WITH MY NIECE AND NEPHEW, THE MANAGER WAS IN THE STORE CURSING LOUD TO THE TOP OF HIS VOICE. DEAR MCDONALD'S WHY WOULD YOU ENCOURAGE SUCH BEHAVIOR IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. THIS MAN WAS SPEAKING TO EMPLOYEES INNTHIS MOST DISRESPECTFUL MANNER, HE THEN CONTINUED HIS BEHAVIOR OUT SIDE. THE KIDS WERE SCARED, THAT IS VERY DISTURBING. THE EMPLOYEES THEY DEAR NOT SAY ANYTHING. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIM HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

It's a transportation hub so it's always busy. Had to wait a bit for our frappes the meal was flavorless and disappointing, that was surprising.

Yesterday Wednesday I went to McDonald located at Jamaica Ave to have a big mac meal. It was delicious. The staff was very pleasant and polite. I recommend anyone to have lunch at this McDonald. Hilda Rojas

Absolutely ridiculous! The customer service was horrible, the presentation of the food was disgusting. The equipments were untidy. The counters were the food was placed had the spills harden, one of the baby cockroaches was crawling all on the counter

Fast service, dining in open - but - don't select dine in at the order screens - you will not be able to finish your order. Select take out and get your food.
Tables and chairs with pandemic distances are available to sit down.

This McDonald's should be shut down. When I went to order food they had no burger meat, coffee, icecream, fish, or happy meal toys. My order was taking by a employee with red locks or braids and a septum piercing. When he came to the register it looked like he could care less about his job. He had his face mask pulled down off his face, he was carrying on a conversation with someone while using the n-word and other profanity, walked away while taking my order and I was just left confused. The other employees were sitting around making tik toks. It was just a whole circus of a show going on. When I finally did get my food it was hard and cold. Please McDonald's if you see this review this location needs new management and employees.

Employee was rude when I asked for a breakfast item when I haven’t been there for a while so didn’t know if they still had all day breakfast or not. She responded with attitude and said “ma’am it’s 2 pm maybe somewhere else” she could’ve said it a lot nicer and didn’t have to be a jerk about it

The food was COLD and there was too much chaos, confusion & arguing between the staff in the beverage area. My cashier however was delightful.

Went in to dine in-store (BIG MISTAKE)
First off, the store smells horrible. The staff want to catch an attitude because their self serve machine didn't gave a receipt. Went to the counter to tell them and everybody had an attitude. Told them I want my money back. A manager came out and said he is going to put up a sign that the machine at the front gives no receipt because the next person who comes in and ask for a refund he's “gonna get tight” I know I'm just one person but this one person will never buy from that place again. Disgusting

The manager is very rude and yells at the customers, when they ask for a straw, extra ketchup. Get my order wrong and then start getting mad. Just really bad customer service not good.

Always go here for breakfast. Quick service and clean. Even when I go for lunch it's less than a 5 minute wait even when it's crowded

Long Lines inside the place and it took good amount of time to order the food and environment is bad. You have Drug dealers inside the floor was not clean garbage was pilled up and bad nasty people everywhere

Staff with very bad attitudes. Helps friends first while all customers waiting on their food. Staff hugging kissing friends outside the counter and then going inside prepare food without washing there hands. Fries was cold. Tenders like chewing gum.

My order was not right. No meat with my bun. Just pickles, worst McDonald's. My grand daughter's Happy Meal, wasn't too Happy

I love the McDonald's app. Just put your order in on line.and you will get a I'd number, so when you go to pick up your order. You show them your I'd code.and your food is ready for.fast and easy no long wait. Because when step into the restaurant. You just hit I'm here on phone.simple, and there is some one on site to help you.very friendly staff.but the atmosphere out side is a little rowdy, sometimes & very busy.
