McDonald's, Brooklyn NY

They have renovated this McDonald's since the last time that I was here. It has a very clean new look. Service was good and the food as well.

Staff was courteous and helpful. However, cashier neglected to tell me there was mayo on the chicken sandwich (bummer).

So as I was purchasing my food I noticed that cashiers were checking only certain folks money to see if it was real. I want to know why the only folks money they were checking were only black folks. Y’all need to do better.

Love the idea of a person taking your order as soon as you walk in. Lines are a little slow with lots of staff visible in the back.

Went in for a BTS meal, they didn’t even have the merch (nor the special sauce) yet they’re still offering it. I paid an overpriced meal of 10 dollars for 10 nuggies and some fries. Hella tilting.

Food is good and they gave me a free cookie. They totally forgot to add utensils, sugar, cream, and syrup to my orders though. Haeh brown was super crispy and very salty.

Order online and pick up quickly in time for me to catch a bus next to McDonald's for breakfast. Breakfast food I ordered is good taste and well cooked to serve.

I wanted to tell my long dragged out story but I prefer to just be direct. The employees should not be using their ear pods while on the clock, they are not attentive to customers!

I dont like mc'ds like that but the food was fresh it didnt take 9 hours ppl were way friendly. A good experience for a person who doesn't frequent mickey d's.

I waited forever for a black iced coffee with no sugar or flavor. There were a lot of staff. However, they took about ten minutes to prepare the order. I was on a luch break. It took me about 15 minutes to get in and out of there. The place was empty why I arrived. I expected to be in and out quickly. My experience at this McDonald's is that they take a long time to prepare the order. I usually have to think twice about going here on my lunch break because I don't have much time.

It's been well.over a year since I shopped the location. Took a chance and ordered. The staff were all very nice, efficient and helpful

Had a excellent experience in this spot with my daughter. The food comes quickly and the customer service is just good. Prices are fair.

The cashier is very nasty the one who serve me my coffee what's nasty I asked for a bag for my coffee they threw a bag to me

I ordered a hot coffee on the app and it was extremely frustrating to have to wait 22 minutes for it after checking in. There were many orders from Uber Eats and Postmates that were somehow ahead of me in the queue, even though the drivers showed up 15 minutes after me. This should be avoided by the geofencing features McDonald’s requires individual consumers to use, but alas I was stuck waiting in an empty dining room for nearly half an hour for just a cup of coffee. This is a broader issue I’ve noticed in ever McDonald’s I’ve encountered (in other states as well), where they handle their mobile orders horribly. It is a shame that such a great franchise is so bad at some of the simplest things.
