McDonald's, Queens NY

I ordered $74 of food on DoorDash and they forgot two meals.instead of accommodating me they kept hanging up and saying there’s no supervisor! Don’t go here they are rude!

This McDonald's has an efficient drive thru with a large parking lot. Easy
curb side pickup in the specially marked spaces for mobile orders. I like this location for their cleanliness and maintenance. Service is better in the Pandemic than when we were in person. Friendlier too. But I guess it helps to not have to deal with folks round the clock in your face. I was able to see the special Pokemon Happy Meal that is available for a limited time. Best way to order is on the app and do a pick up. My go to order are chicken nuggets. Prices have gone up and I am not sure if that's every McD's or certain areas. I work in Manhattan so everything is higher there price wise, by default. I don't recall almost paying $4 for large fries.sheesh.

Worst McDonald’s on Long Island! The lines are always insanely long (going all the way into the street) the workers are slow, take forever to ask your order at the ordering machine & they have TERRIBLE attitudes. I’ve been here all different times of the day to see if maybe it’s just the morning crew, but it’s not. Although the morning crew is the WORST, the afternoon crew is also rude & slow and so are the night staff. Today i came here and had to wait 20 mins behind one car as they prepared his LARGE order, instead of them having him pull over to the side & wait for them to bring it outside. Then when i got to the window i was greeted by a rude clerk who had the nerve to rush me. Never again!

I loved this location.

The food was hot! We pulled up and received our meals expeditiously, and without have to re-re-repeat myself a hundred times.

Everyone was super hygienic and professional. It's more than just s job, to them. I could tell. Their devotion to their job and customer service, flooded the drive-thru cashier Window, as waves of gratitude and professionalism dashed upon the sunbathed rocks of their pick up window. It was like having a small stand-in

But.don't take my word for it.

Go to this location. I know you're going to love their piping hot meals, and the warm friendly faces beaming behind tight fitted masks

Highly Disappointed. If I were you I would not try the new spicy chicken sandwich. My experience here is terrible. The first time I tried out this sandwich, the size of the chicken was almost half the size of the bun. Upon reaching out to the corporate, the franchise owner Maria got back to me saying it is served by weight not size. Well, this is understandable since they can't produce the same size chicken every time.
However, the second time I gave it another try, they forgot to add the spicy sauce onto the sandwich. At this point, I was frustrated since it was the second time they messed up my order. I had reached out to the corporate once again and the franchise owner Maria got back to me. To my surprise, instead of owning up to their mistakes, she tried putting the blame onto the customer saying I ordered the wrong sandwich and not the spicy sandwich. Last time I checked, I clearly ordered the spicy sandwich and instead of trying to resolve this issue, their way of dealing with the issue is to blame YOU.
If you are looking for a place that truly cares for the consumers, this place isn't the place to go.

This place is the worst, I just order Big Mac large combo, 30 piece of chicken nuggets with drive thru. When I got my food I asked the cashier if everything in there, and she said yes. I know they were busy, so I drove home, after I got home, open the bag, there was no Big Mac burger, when I try to call them, no one pick the phone. That’s the worst part.

The McDonald's I visited was not good. My double cheeseburger was cold. I purchased 2 apple pies as I love them. They were dried out inside. The inside was hard had to throw them out. Not a great experience

Every time I've ordered from the drive through they forget something. This time it was the sauces for the mcnuggets. Come on guys this isn't complicated!

Food is pretty standard. The great staff that's been there for years have slowly been replaced. Bathrooms are hit or miss. Sometimes it looks and smells like a truckstop

Nice surprise. Not expecting much from McDonald's, but this one was neat, clean, nice professional manager. Clean restroom.

The food was Very Good and the Team Members were polite (4 Stars). With that said, I encountered problems with the app. I ordered a Egg and Cheese McGriddles - minus bacon - and added Roma Tomatoes (which I did not get). Otherwise, the sandwich was hot and tasty. I ordered an unsweetened Iced Tea with one sugar and two lemon wedges. The team Member who served me - apologized in advance, as they did not currently have any lemon. I couldn't taste any sugar in the tea, probably due to the sweetness associated with the McGriddles. I will no longer prepay for an order on the McDonald's App (1 Star), until I can confirm fully in the restaurant what is: (1) being ordered and (2) being paid for. I amended the original review posted, as I just received an itemized receipt for my order - approximately 30 minutes after I left the restaurant. This would have negated the need for the original review and the time used to amend it.

Very neat and welcoming spot. They offer large meals and for reasonable prices. I loved the food a lot and the staff members were very friendly and explanatory. Highly recommended.

Food are on average, the attitude of workers is good. There is a big slid outside for the children, they can have fun. It's a nice place.

The food was fresh and service was great. Only thing was the drinks. I ordered a diet come and it taste like dr pepper with water. Wife had a coke and it taste like 2/3 was water. Other than that good.

They can't be understood and then they get angry at you for not understanding. Watch out for spittle in the food. Also, someone is going to get hurt in that narrow drive thru. Beware.

Fast service but don't have any cover over their drive thru ordering section so during a rainstorm expect to get soaked when giving your order.

Came to enjoy the 2 for $6 special on a snowy Saturday, the 18th of January, enjoyed a nice, HOT meal, great service, and will continue to patronize this establishment

The people who work there seem like they don't want to be there at all. Play structure looks like it's never cleaned.

Seating area is nice and spacious so giving a few stars for that.

It’s absurd to tell a customer “I already gave you one sauce, it’s. 20 cents for another one” while a manager hangs out a handful of sauce containers to the customer next to me. Not one word from the manager and even with the napkins they give you 2 when you have a full tray of food. Horrible customer service
