McDonald's, Bronx NY

I was there the people.working therr.where.rude they spoke bad.about me.in Spanish they did not know.i spoke.spanish the man in front of me got a burger with out meat they replace it and laughed.when he.left I live.in stayen island I did not eat my food till I got home I also had no meat in my burger I am very upset I visit my daughter in a near by hospital and she.loves mcdonalds but sadly I told.her today we can't buy from there any more I will take my money some where else

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the city, they ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG. I try to check the bag each time but sometimes you're just in a hurry or forget. You end up paying more or less for something you didn't receive or they replaced by accident.

Horrible the cashier has a whoke attitude when talking to customers they dont call out the number of your order when its ready, you have to just go to the counter and watch if its there

I take my family to this restaurant many times a year! This is my favorite spot to dine. I visit this place at least once a month. The cooking is fantastic, the staff is professional and the price is reasonable. I like meeting in this spot over a nice meal.

I've ordered a few times through Uber Eats and something's always missing. They charge you full price, and never answer the phone when you want to complain to them so they can deduct thenitems they forgot.

This is a decent "McDonalds" bread usually tastes stale food is usually thrown together, and its rarely ever fresh to taste. To add its a bit run down with your usual everyday homeless neighbors quick to hop in your face begging for a dollar and to top it off it looks like the employees hate there job and dont even try sometimes.there lobby also is never clean during the day the only time it gets a good sweep and mop is after closing which is sad. That's all folks hope this keeps everyone informed. Buh-bye piggy!

The service was fast, store was clean but they were to busy talking to each other to actually listen to customers asking for condiments or asking questions once they were handed the food.

Live a couple of blocks from there, don't really eat there except chicken nuggets or fries or hash brown. Birthday week.

Employees don't care about nothing, they provide bad service in general, they do not care if the soda doesn't taste like it is supposed to, they give you one sauce for a twenty pieces nuggets, they don't even use the hairnets while they cook. How is it that hard to get a job for your little brother at McDonald's for the summer? (lol) People without any sense of knowledge operates in this company and just gives it a bad image.

Not happy at all with the ice coffee. Too light. Is either too watery or too milky. I never can taste the coffee. This is in the morning never has tried in the afternoon. They really have to fix that. I had try other location and never had a problem with the ice coffee. I was going to that one because my kids are going to camp around that location.

It's getting better. They have a full staff but still one cashier on busy days with three people behind the register for some reason.

I ordered a mobile order yesterday and When I got there, the employees the joint down. So not only did I not get my food, I lost money. This mcDonalds is rachet

Good service and was very honest when I asked about the quality of an item before I purchase it. Down side is the drug addicts hanging inside and outside of the place.

Really slow. It took me over 10 minutes to get my southwest salad and a chicken sandwich. They didn't have the dressing for my salad.

This place isnt the cleanest and Spanish speaking young cashiers are loud often times when speaking to each other about things that have zero to do with business.
However I never wait too long for my food

Dont wear gloves nor hairnets, always forget to put the sauces in your bag or the toys when you buy happy meals. Dont have the mcflurry machines. WORST MACDONALDS EVER.

Their machines are always "out of service", so that limits the menu already, then as of recently, they've been serving their sandwiches and burgers on stale bread. The service is bad. Etc. It's the Bronx, our borough isn't always the prettiest or nicest I get it but regardless, that's no excuse for the awful service. Step it up, or close and be replaced. I'd honestly rather something else there if this continues.

The service is ok but the area is horrible, so many drug addicts were coming in and out. Not a good look.

Great customer service! The staff is very friendly and even though it is busy I have seen them try their hardest to get everyone out quick. Everyone with the bad reviews is probably still eating there even though they give bad reviews

They never have cookies because the staff eats them.and why does the three piece wings cost more here? When its cheaper in mid town?
